February 24, 2014 Dear Parents, Read across America celebration will be the week of March 3 - March 7.

It is a week to celebrate reading. Each day we will have a special activity that we will do as a way to celebrate reading. The children may bring in Dr. Seuss books from home to read and share. We want to see how many different ones we can have for sharing. If your child will be bringing in their Dr. Seuss books please make sure they are labeled with student name and have them bring them in Monday, March 3rd. The attached information sheet shows what we will be doing for each day of the week. Please fill out the bottom part if you are able to come in during Thursday, March 6th Read-a-Thon Day to read a story to the children. I am inviting parent readers to come in between 11:40 - 12:20.
