1. Design of the Audio System Controller This table represents the external design features of the audio system.

The design of the audio system controller for digital device consists of a microphone inputs 2 stereo channel, 2 RCA input and output for 2 AUX returns, 1 AUX send ,1 pair for the main output(left and right) for the connection to the main amplifier or speaker .It has been designed to operate at 220 V The device can handle all 4 microphones simultaneously and can support powered microphone such condensers. The stereo channels can support CD/VCD/DVDs, USB,tape,tuner,mp3s,play station and iPods. II. Quality and features of the Sound System Controller In producing good quality sound system and enabling the user to give free reign to ones true potential and creativity to music using console, the proponents integrated features such as interfacing the equalizer levels(low mid and high)and controlling the pan (left, right or balance ).With these feature the vocal, bass and the treble can be adjusted depending on the users preferences in attaining good quality music. The input channel of the device have been tested individually if its features worked properly and the results of the testing was successful. All input channels equalizers ,pan/balance and the volume controller was working properly. See the table below

III. Production of good quality sound system This table represent the range of distance a clear sound signal as it reaches its listeners as the volume level is increased gradually.

The audibility of the output per input has been determined by gradually increasing the main volume level and at the same time measuring the distance of sound signal that can be clearly heard from its source. By knowing the measured distance a clear sound can reach its audience , the proponents were able to regulate good sound quality Burn-in test This table represents the results of the burn-in test for the audio system controller.

The burn-in test resulted successfully in condition in the condition up to 5 hours duration with the main volume controller set for varying levels. Over heating did not occur during and after testing of the device
