This online book contains two tutorials that are designed to help you get
started using the student version of the AutoMod™ software. To open a
tutorial, click its name below.

Beginning AutoMod
The Beginning AutoMod tutorial provides basic training for AutoMod, tak-
ing you through the steps of creating, editing, and running a model. You are
also introduced to AutoMod code, conveyors, queues, and resources. The
Beginning AutoMod tutorial is printed in Chapter 2 of the AutoMod Stu-
dent Manual.

Drawing ACE Graphics


The ACE tutorial takes you through a step-by-step procedure for building a
truck. This truck may be used to represent an automated guided vehicle
(AGV) in a path mover movement system.
