HOME COMING

This is a poem explaining the longing of a home coming where old friend will meet and discuss child adventures that brought them together, this included fellow friends and adolescence infatuations.

Smile familiar faces

Rejoice old friends The missed faces back Remiscent old tales Experiences of the past Though times has us separated

Lend me your eager ears Let me pump in my experiences and fears On how I have lived for years Among strange people I hope you going to be excited and feel Sorry as I narrate my adventures, Misfortunes, bliss and toiling

Tell me old friends of births, deaths New developments, Am fascinated to know, how old place Has turned into a strange land, lead Me to tracks that ends in folks shanties

I hope those intimacies still

Exists among those that vied And maneuvered In a bid to win my heart Let me get entertained to such Clumsy advances That is all that is left to Greet us on the home coming After we have paced the world And longed for returning
