Turn both knob to the zero range. (TPS & RPM) Start the engine to check if three lights are on. (Valve light) Step on the gas pedal/accelerator to get the RPM range you want. For example: 3000RPM Do not remove your feet on the gas pedal. Turn the RPM knob till the green light is off. Remove your feet on the TPS, and step on again for a double check if TPS the green light is on after the 3000RPM RPM 7 If failed, please go throught above steps again.

Tool you need: voltmeter Do not start the engine. Keep the car at ACC with a car key. Use a voltmeter to check the volt value of the yellow cable. Possible figure: ~0.6 Step on the gas pedal/accelerator to the highest RPM. Check the value of the Yellow cable again. Possible figure: ~4.3 That means TPS range is from 0.6 till 4.3. (0%~100%) If you want to set the TPS at 35%, formular as: (4.3-0.6)*35%+0.6=1.895 Turn both knob to the zero range. (TPS & RPM) Use the voltmeter to check the yellow cable, and step on the gas pedal untill the volt value is 1.89 Turn the TPS knob till the green light is off. Turn the RPM knob to the same position you just did. TPS
