Im 13 We are going to present our School to all our Comenius partners

Our Secondary School is rather small: only 123 students attend our school. We have One year 7 class Two year 8 classes Two year 9 classes One year 10 class

We have 34 lessons per week. We have many different subjects. All are compulsory except one, Occitan language ; but 90% of the students learn Occitan which is a regional language.

School Subjects: - French - Maths - History and Geography - Civic Education

- English

- Spanish - Occitan - Biology - Physics

-Sport - Music - Fine Arts - Technology

Certain lessons take place in the informatic classroom

During our free time, we have the possibility to go to the school library. In the library, we can: - read books, newspapers, magazines, comics - borrow books to read at home - work in autonomy - do some research on the web (for our lessons or to know more about our future studies and profession).

We also have the possibility to participate to free activities in clubs such as: dance, choir, fine arts, video workshop, theatre and the scientific workshop. Our school is situated near the mountains, so the students can participate to the ski class in La Pierre Saint-Martin.

 We love our Secondary School because its a nice place to be.Theres a good understanding and harmony between the students and among the teachers, and that creates a positive atmosphere. Furthermore, all the students take part to school excursions (going to the cinema, going on a trip, theatre and geology excursions). To finish with, pupils can take part to activities in a joyous and relaxed atmosphere in a series of clubs during the lunch break. Some lucky students can choose to go skiing on Friday afternoons, instead of having lessons.
