Hamlet tells Horatio of his deed switching the death letters and forging the Kings name. It is from this letter that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern die.

Evidence 2:

Taken at approximatly 3.4.29ff This evidence against Hamlet Hamlet stabbing Polonius after hearing him try and call for help for the Queen. Before killing Polonius, Hamlet clearly screams "How now, a rat? Dead for a ducat, dead.

Evidence 3:

Taken at approximatly 5.2.356ff Hamlet is proved to have murdered King Claudius because he stabbbed him with the poisoned blade and forced him to drink from the poisoned cup. Before he does this, he yells, Here, thou incestuous, damned Dane, Drink off this potion. Is thy union here?
