Recorder (Meeting 2)
Question 1: Who do you think killed Anthony Marston? I can infer that U.N. Owen or one of the other suspects killed Anthony James Mainston. We can rule out Anthony killing himself because Vera Claythorne said, No, I dont think Anthony was the type of person to commit suicide . We can infer from this that it had to be an outsider to kill him, leaving the suspects as one of the group members, Mr. Owen, or an outsider.

Question 2: Why do you think Miss Emily Brent didnt say anything about the person she supposedly murdered? I can assume that Miss Brent didnt say anything because she either committed the crime, or knew the person that did it. We know that Miss Brent is quick to defend herself because she said this. There is no question of defense. I have always acted in accordance with the dictates of my conscience. I have nothing with which to reproach myself." Question 3: Who do you think the Protagonist is and why? Mr. Lawrence Justice Wargrave is the main character because he is the one collecting the information, and doing the investigating. He is also doing the accusing in many scenes, such as The judge said: Nothing, Miss Brent?" "Nothing." Her lips closed tightly. The judge stroked his face. He said mildly: "You reserve your defense?" This proves that Mr. Wargrave is doing the investigating. Question 4: Do you think the next person to die will be from as the poem says? Why or Why not? Yes, because since the other two victims have been killed according to the poem. Anthony died from choking, and Mrs. Rogers died mysteriously. Question 5: Why do you think General MacArthur wants to stay on the island? We know that Anthony Marston wanted to stay because he was adventurous and wanted to get to the bottom of it. We know that because it says "A bit unsporting, what?" he said. "Ought to ferret out the mystery before we go. Whole thing's like a detective story. Positively thrilling."

Question 6: Why do you think everyone is having nightmares and trouble sleeping? Everyone is having nightmares and trouble sleeping because theyre thinking about the crime accusations that happened after dinner. Each person was thinking about how they killed their victim and how the person knew about it.
