The book that I read was The Assassins of Rome. One of the conflict in this book is character vs. character. Its about four children named Lupus, Nubia, Flavia, and Jonathan. There were three assassins hired by Berenice, a Jewish Queen who fell in love with the Roman Emperor Titus. The assassins were hired to kill anyone who Berenice thought fell in love with Emperor Titus. Berenice thought that Jonathans Mom is in love with Titus. In this storyboard the conflict is between Lupus,Nubia, and Flavia vs the assassin.
