Liability of Railway:
A. At Railways Risk: Liable for any damages. Exceptions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. An act of God. An act of enemy. An act of war. Fire, explosion or any unforeseen risk. Hidden defects in goods. Seizure under legal process. Orders and restrictions imposed by Government.

B. Owners Risk: Owner is liable for any damages during carriage except it is proved that the damage is due to the negligence of railway.

C. Other Liabilities: 1. 2. 3. 4. Delay or detention in transit (Railway liable) Wrong delivery (Railway not liable) Termination of transit. False declaration of goods.
