Abstract

Rifa Latuconsina , 2014. Study program Public Administration Faculty of Social Sciences Unpatti , " Division of Labor and Employee Productivity At Work Manpower and Transmigration Maluku " . ( Supervisor I , Dra . Revelation . F. Chaniago , M.PA and Sandra Telussa Advisor II , S. Sos , M.Si ) . This study took place at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Maluku using sampling techniques proposive ampling . Data analysis is the product moment correlation analysis . This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of labor productivity of employees in the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Maluku . The indicators used in the variable division of tasks is 1 ) Compliance with the educational background Ppekerjaan , 2 ) Compliance with the ability to work of employees , 3 ) work experience , 4 ) Clarity pemehaman employee on duty . And the indicators used for employee productivity variables are 1 ) Corporate Responsibility in the division of labor , 2 ) The ability to complete the task , 3 ) Timely completion of tasks , and 4 ) The quality or the quality of work . As for the conclusion of this study is that any increase (addition ) division of variables ( x ) , the suitability of a job with an educational background , as well as clarity of understanding of the duties the employee will be in line with employee productivity variable ( y ) . The results also showed that there is a positive effect of the division of labor and employee productivity is a strong correlation with the level of 0.744 indicates that the division of tasks has a decisive influence on the productivity of employees working at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Maluku , in the sense that any change either an increase or a decrease of 0.744 in the division of labor , there will be also a change in the form of an increase or a decrease of 0.744 in employee productivity when other variables constant ( fixed ) .
