Methodology

The testing was carried out in two browsers, test in Mldnn server using Firefox
v3.5.3 and test in mldnnbeta using Chrome 3.0.195. It was tested at least one
of each cosmic or non-cosmic known shops in each server.

Mldnn server

In Left side testing was on a cosmic shop with ID(1279), still the actual output
format in the “book An Appointment” page.

In the Right side side testing was on a non-cosmic shop with ID(1153), still the
actual output format in the “book An Appointment” page.

Mldnnbeta server

In this server it was submitted both request to both types of shops: ID(1143)
and ID(1103), respectively cosmic and non-cosmic. Forms looks exactly the
same.
