partIcIpants wIth the skIlls necessary to understand and delIver effectIve
Taekwondo by practIsIng Poomsae, one step sparrIng, sports fIghtIng, self
defence and breakIng. CertIfIcates wIll be Issued for 1

for presentIng as evIdence on theIr 0an PromotIon applIcatIon.
Talent spottIng
We wIll also be usIng the day to spot talented IndIvIduals who wIsh to be
consIdered as part of the next phase of development for our 7Ideo
resource on our websIte. We are lookIng for both male and female
partIcIpants for the vIdeos, so If you belIeve you have the abIlIty, come
along and work wIth us.
EquIpment needed
