Meeting Minutes February 10, 2014 Through via email, text, and phone the group designated sections

of the manual to each group member. The majority of the conversation took place through via email. Jennifer assigned what portion of usability test each member would have and how the manual would be broken down by group member. Loren and Katherine designed the proposal, because Jennifer designed the web space the previous week. Jennifer sent an email explaining how the manual should read and allowed for Loren and Katherine to select what number they would be responsible for. Jennifer wrote her usability test over read and relocate and emailed it to the group. Katherines usability test was document mark up and she also emailed it to the group. Lorens usability test was the summary and she emailed it to the group Loren wrote the explanation of the proposed topic with justification of the importance of Central Methodist Seniors being debt free with supporting examples. Katherine made a calendar schedule to keep the group on track and wrote the qualifications and experience of the group members as well as an overview of the proposal. Katherine also assembled the budget that the project would need.

February 14, 2014 Email and text discussion between all group members about the presentation of the PowerPoint due for week 5 discussion forum. Jennifer and Katherine assembled information for Loren to put together into slide form. The information was emailed to Loren. Loren added the finishing touches to the project and emailed it to the group. Jennifer uploaded the project.

Loren had questions about the usability testing she texted Jennifer about it. The question was the form of the usability test Jennifer cleared up how to get the results back. The discussion was continued on February 22, 2014 at the scheduled meeting.

February 25, 2014 Jennifer and Loren discussed Loren creating the minutes portion of the portfolio.
