An attempt to mainstream adolescent issues in the Eleventh Plan of India and elaborating upon planning and project implementation

for adolescent boys and girls, this book would benefit those who wish to understand the psychosocial world of adolescents. Adolescence, though one of the most crucial, vulnerable and impressionable stage in life, has not been a priority for policy makers. This book advocates recognizing adolescence as a separate age group for policy development to attain sustainable and long-term solutions to development goals and issues of rights and equity.
