BONOS Y OBLIGACIONES
1.
Colocacin de Obligaciones con Descuento y con Prima
La Empresa EL PAR, S. A. emite obligaciones, el 1 de enero de 2009, por valor de

Q1.000,000.00 que reconoce intereses a una tasa anual del 18% pagaderos
semestralmente el 30 de junio y 31 de diciembre de cada ao. De la cantidad emitida
se colocan Q 500,000.00 con descuento del 4% el 1 de enero de 2009 y Q 200,000.00
con prima del 3% el 1 de julio de 2009. La obligaciones son redimibles a 10 aos plazo.
2.
Colocacin de obligaciones en las fechas de pago de intereses.
La Empresa ERA DE HIELO, S.A. el 1 de enero de 2009, por convenir a sus intereses y
por necesitar financiamiento, decide emitir bonos por la suma de Q 2,000,000 sobre los
cuales se reconoce un inters del 15% anual, pagaderos semestralmente el 30 de junio
y el 31 de diciembre de cada ao. De la cantidad autorizada se colocan Q
700,000.00 el 1 de enero de 2009 y Q1,300,000.00 el 1 de julio de 2009. Las obligaciones
sern redimibles a un plazo de 5 aos . La emisin se garantiza con Activos Fijos
por Q. 2,500,000

Colocacin de Obligaciones en fechas intermediadas del pago de intereses.
La Empresa LOCURA III, S. A. emite pagars el 1 de enero de 2009, por valor de

Q900,000.00 por las que reconoce intereses de 17% anual pagaderos semestralmente
el 31 de marzo y el 30 de septiembre de cada ao. De la cantidad total que emite, se
colocan Q400,000.00 el 31 de marzo de 2009 y Q 300,000.00 el 31 de mayo de 2009.
Las obligaciones se redimirn a 5 aos plazo.
4.
Constitucin de un Fondo de Amortizacin
La empresa EL PANDA DE ORO, S. A. emite obligaciones por valor de Q 600,000.00, por

las que reconoce intereses a una tasa anual del 15% pagaderos trimestralmente el 31
de marzo, 30 de junio, 30 de septiembre y 31 de diciembre de cada ao. Del total
emitido, se colocan Q350,000.00 con descuento del 5% y el resto con una prima del 3%
el 1 de enero de 2009. Para redimir las obligaciones a 10 aos plazo se le ordena que
constituya un fondo de amortizacin a partir del 1 de enero de 2014 el cual devengar
una tasa del 16% anual que permitir con su capitalizacin cubrir la cantidad global
de las obligaciones.
