What is High Quality Work?

There are two ways to describe high quality work. The first is based on subjective interpretation. It focuses on workers' subjective well-being at work and associated with the psychological literature. War suggests that subjective well-being at work can be defined across ten different factors and three dimensions. On the contrary, based on objective interpretation Green had defined high quality work in term of their degree of how contented they are. He said that Work is high quality if it offers workers capabilities to carry out certain functioning which doing and being things that workers value and consideration given to the amount of wages paid.
