Leadership tomorrow depends on how we educate our students today- especially in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)

Good leadership comes from proper training and good exposure to different experiences. We could say that more likely, leaders are made not born. As such, it is important that the older generations must educate well students of this age in order to prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow. Youths of today would be the builders, professionals and seniors of the future so it is very important that they are equipped with the proper technical know-how and correct attitude.

On the other hand, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) are the fields to be quite emphasized on. Throughout the ages, these fields have been widely recognized as great contributors in human development. Researches would agree that the STEM have immense contribution towards the growth, development and survival of mankind.

Overall, our future would need leaders who have developed well to adapt to the fast developments as well as the inevitable changes in natures phenomena. These changes include the technological advancement which is very evident with the many gadgets that are being produces as well as the issues on climate change. Thus, our students of today must be equipped well with proper knowledge and skills related to STEM in order to be great leaders of tomorrow.
