Arts classroom in the spring of 2013. She observed my teaching for a few weeks and then planned a unit aligned to my CCSS curriculum. She was then responsible for teaching two sections of ELA. Mrs. Richardson worked well with the students and was very organized. She was engaging and offered opportunities for students to gain knowledge through multiple activities within her planned unit. She possessed a positive and enthusiastic personality, and it was obvious that she both knows and enjoys the ELA content. I am confident that Mrs. Richardson will be an asset to your staff. She is confident and knowledgeable and works hard at engaging students. I believe that she will continue to grow and become even more effective as a teacher with further opportunities. Sincerely,
