AFFIDAVIT I, Senthil Palanisamy, Son of Shri.S.R.

Palanisamy a resident of 60F, Shringar Nagar, Peelamedu, Coimbatore-641044 and Joint Managing Director/ Owner of the Hotel CAG Pride on the day of the 29th, Jan.2014 do hereby affirm and declare as follows:

Incase at any stage it is found that the building(s) and improvements, alterations made in the hotel property are in violation of CRZ rules or the hotel and improvements have been constricted in violation of prescribed land use or the undertaking given by Owner/Director/ of the CAG Hotels P Ltd that the clearance from environment & forest department or CRZ authorities or airport authorities is/are not requires, is found false or in any fact while making the application form for hotel classification/reclassification status/hotel project granted by the ministry of tourism, government of India shall stand withdrawn with immediate effect and I, Senthil Palanisamy, Joint Managing Director of the CAG Hotels P Ltd will be liable for facing criminal proceedings for misrepresentation of facts to the ministry of tourism, government of India.
