This email is asking for permission to use the location holders home (Tracy Barrett). Seeing as I sent this the same time as the email to the model, I was unaware of the dates that we would be shooting so in her reply she has asked for the dates. She has also suggested we keep everything tidy, which we will act professional and abide by her rules.

After receiving the dates from the model I was able to reply to the location holder with the information she asked for. She has kindly replied with her number so I can phone her a day in advance to let her know the date for the photo shoot.
