Action Research EFRT 632 Reflective Interviewing

Identify a partner. Discuss an issue that meets the following guidelines: The issue involves teaching and learning. The issue is something I can influence. The issue is something Im deeply concerned about. You will conduct an interview in 25 minutes. Remember you are interviewing each other, not engaging in a discussion. You are expected to as clarifying questions. Guidelines for interviews: Make the interview comfortable but challenging. Keep it challenging but not threatening. Try to elicit deep responses. Try to elicit broad responses. Keep the interview somewhat structured, but allow for flexibility and spontaneity. Consider the rights and feelings of the respondent.
