Why do I love my job??? Why I love working as an information assistant. I really like my job because it is a job that provides challenge. Not all men can be like us. The scope of our work besides from giving good services to our customers, we must be sensitive to our customer needs and environmental conditions especially on the latest issue. This is because sometimes our customers' questions are beyond expectations.
Apart from that, we were given the special task of doing a job at the vip room which is all VIPs will use that facilities which is must get an approval from Jabatan Perdana Menteri and Wisma Putra . We also had to treat the VIPs which comes in many characters. Some VIPs are very fussy, some of them are very kind , also dont forget about the VIPs who always make a complaint, some are arrogant too. But that is the one task of challenges we have had to cross .

Coming back to our real task, sometimes we have to face off passengers problematic although the problem is not comes from us. But as an information assistant we daily routine that description in disgusted , in anger , in insults and abuse we remain patient because this is the way we choose . But not all passengers is like that. Some are also good. Not all passengers always angry without any reason. Even worse even their whims , we have to accept that with a pleasure. Never even occurred to me to stop working , but when I think back not everyone can treat another human with so many characters. Maybe we are the choosen one from God who can handle people and make this as a career . This is because we humans can help each other when in trouble, we will be able to learn to feel the distress and inconvenience other people when we are faced with problems and their whims . That's human nature that will never be satisfied with the surrounding condition. However glad to help those with problems or difficulties that we can reward without expecting anything in return.
