Parrots are interesting because some parrots can mimic what people say. What do Parrots eat? All tropical parrots eat seeds, grubs, fruit, nectar, pollen, buds, sometimes arthropods, and small insects. And non-tropical parrots only eat seeds and fruit. Some Parrots have strong bills to search for insects. Where do Parrots live? Some parrots live in tropical areas and some non-tropical dont. They also can be found in Australia, Oceania, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central America, South America, Africa, and Pacific Islands. Interesting facts!!!! There are 300 colorful parrots in the world. They can be as tall as 4 in. and as wide as 2 in. They can live up to 80 years. When the parrots eat big seeds they use their feet to eat it the big seed. Cockatoo parrots have a crest of feathers on top of their heads that can be raised for display, and retracted.

And thats all I know about parrots and sometimes I call them Feather Friends.
