Task Bar Jump List

The Figure below shows the advantages of having your program icons on the Task bar. It allows Task bar Jump Lists to be viewed. Remember, when-ever a program is open on your desktop, the Task Bar will still be visible on the screen. This will enable you to open other files without minimizing or closing your current file.

Task Bar Jump Lists

Right click on either the Word or Excel program icon on the Task bar. A Jump list of the most recently opened documents using this program will be shown. This is another way of opening up documents
