General safety instructions

This equipment is not intended for

use by people (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or intellectual
ability or with a lack of experience and/
or knowledge, other than under supervision by a person who is responsible
for their safety or having been instructed by the same in how to use the
equipment.
Children must be supervised in order
to ensure that they do not play with the
equipment.
For reasons of safety, children and
young people under the age of 16 and
people who are unfamiliar with the operating instructions are not permitted to
use the equipment.

Safe operation:
Keep work area clear.
Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
Consider work area environment.
- Do not expose tools to rain.
- Do not use tools in damp or wet
locations.
- Keep work area well lit.

- Do not use tools in the presence of

flammable liquids or gases.
Guard against electric shock.
Avoid body contact with earthed or
grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerators).
Keep other persons away.
Do not let persons, especially children,
not involved in the work touch the tool
or the extension cord and keep them
away from the work area.
Store idle tools.
When not in use, tools should be
stored in a dry locked-up place, out of
reach of children.
Do not force the tool.
It will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was intended.
Use the right tool.
- Do not force small tools to do the
job of a heavy duty tool.
- Do not use tools for purposes not
intended; for example do not use
circular saws to cut tree limbs or
logs.
Dress properly.
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery, they can be caught in moving parts.
- Non-skid footwear is recommended
when working outdoors.
- Wear protective hair covering to
contain long hair.
Use protective equipment.
- Use safety glasses.
- Use face or dust mask if working
operations create dust.
Connect dust extraction equipment.
If the tool is provided for the connection of dust extraction and collecting
equipment, ensure these are connected and properly used.
Do not abuse the cord.

Never yank the cord do disconnect it

from the socket. Keep the cord away
from heat, oil and sham edges.
Secure work.
Where possible use clamps or a vice
to hold the work. It is safer than using
your hand.
Do not overreach.
Keep proper footing and balance at all
times.
Maintain tools with care.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean
for better and safer performance.
- Follow instruction for lubricating
and changing accessories.
- Inspect tool cords periodically and
if damaged have them repaired by
an authorized service facility.
- Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged.
- Keep handles dry, clean and free
from oil and grease.
Disconnect tools.
When not in use, before servicing and
when changing accessories such as
blades, bits and cutters, disconnect
tools from the power supply.
Remove adjusting keys and wrenches.
Form the habit of checking to see that
keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool before turning it
on.
Avoid unintentional starting.
Ensure switch is in off position when
plugging in.
Use outdoor extension leads.
When the tool is used outdoors, use
only extension cords intended for outdoor use and so marked.
Stay alert.
Watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not operate the tool

when you are tired.

Check damaged parts.
- Before further use of tool, it should
be carefully checked to determine
that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
- Check for alignment of moving
parts, binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts, mounting and
any other conditions that may affect its operation.
- A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired
or replaced by an authorized service centre unless otherwise indicated in this instruction manual.
- Have defective switches replaced
by an authorized service centre.
- Do not use the tool if the switch
does not turn it on and off.
Warning.
The use of any accessory or attachment other than one recommended in
this instruction manual may present a
risk of personal injury.
Have your tool repaired by a qualified person.
This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only
be carried out by qualified persons using original spare parts, otherwise this
may result in considerable danger to
the user.
If the supply cord of this power tool
is damaged, it must be replaced by
a specially prepared cord available
through the service organization.

Connect the device only to a power

al current of not more than 30 mA.

Keep the mains cable and extension
cable away from the grinding disk and
saw chain. In the event that it is damaged or severed, immediately disconnect the plug from the socket.
Do not touch the cable before it has
been disconnected from the mains.
Before use, carry out a visual inspection of the grinding disk. Do not use
grinding disks that are spalled, cracked
or otherwise damaged. Replace a
worn grinding disk.
Never operate the device without the
visual protection disk.
Do not work with the device if you are
tired or after the consumption of alcohol or tablets. Always take a break
from the work in good time.
Do not use the device in an explosive
atmosphere or where sparks could
cause fire, explosion etc. Failure to observe this will result in a risk of fire or
explosion.
Keep your hands away from the grinding disk and chain teeth when the device is in use. Do not move the chain
by hand. This will cause a risk of injury.
Never place your fingers between the
grinding disk and rotary disk or between the grinding disk and protection
disk. This will cause a risk of crushing.
The chain becomes hot during grinding. Do not touch the machined location, as there is a risk of being burnt.
Use only grinding disks recommended
by the manufacturer. Do not use saw
blades.
Switch off the device and disconnect at
the plug
- to release a jammed insertion tool,
- if the connecting cable is damaged
or tangled,
- in the case of unusual noises.

Function description
Prior to first starting the appliance, firmly
mount it on a worktop. It is driven by an
electric motor with protection against overheating and restart for added safety. The
rake angle is easily adjustable between
-30 and +30 using a rotary disk. The
chain guide rail has a variably adjustable
stopper. To sharpen, swivel the grinding
head. The equipment is fitted with a protective screen in order to protect the user.
For the function of the operating parts,
please refer to the descriptions below.

Initial operation
Scope of delivery
Unpack the equipment and check that it is
complete:
Chain sharpener with grinding disk installed

Chain clamping unit and locking screw

Adjusting screw and nut

Two screws, nuts and washers for
mounting on the worktop

Dispose of the packaging material correctly.

Installation
Always use the M10x70 screws
from the package to mount the unit.
Make sure to leave enough room
for working and that nobody
else is put at risk.

Intended use
The chain sharpener is suitable for sharpening the standard saw chain types.
The equipment is not designed for any
other type of application (e.g. grinding with a
coolant liquid, grinding other work pieces or
materials such as asbestos, which are hazardous to health).
The equipment is intended for use in the field
of DIY. It is not designed for commercial use.
The equipment is designed for use by
adults. Young people under the age of 16
are permitted to use the equipment only under supervision.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for
damages caused by use other than for the
intended purpose or by incorrect operation.

Always use screws of sufficient

length and thickness to mount
the device on the work surface,
in order to prevent loss of control of the device.
Installing the appliance:

Thickness of the table edge:

15 - 30 mm.
Drill diameter: 10.5 mm.
Size of screw: M10
1. Use the stop notches (9) to correctly place the appliance on the
worktop (22). Make sure that the
grinding plinth (8) protrudes beyond the edge of the table.
2. Use a pen to mark the drill holes
and remove the appliance.
3. Drill two holes into the worktop
(22).
4. Use the screws (23) and nuts
(24) from the package to attach
the grinding plinth to the worktop.
Assembling the grinder:
5. Screw the handle (4) into the
grinding head (2).

6. Remove the locking screw (10)
from the chain clamping unit (12).
7. Place the chain clamping unit
(12) on the grinding plinth (8)
and fix it using the locking screw
(10).
8. Snap the mains lead (17) into
the cable hook (16).
Screwing on the adjusting
screw:
9. Press the nut (25) from the package into the recess in the grinding head (2) and screw on the
adjusting screw (6) to the grinding head.

Working with the equipment

Caution! Use only grinding disks
and accessories recommended by
the manufacturer. The use of other
insertion tools and other accessories may cause risk of injury.
Never operate the device without
the visual protection disk.
Do not use saw blades.
Check the grinding disk before use:
check the distance between the
protective screen and the grinding
disk. Do not use broken, cracked or
otherwise damaged grinding disks.
Switch on the equipment only when
it is safely installed on the work surface. There is a risk of injury.
Risk of injury!
Wear ear, eye and hand protection!
When working with the saw chain,
wear cut resistant gloves and an
apron if necessary, to avoid incision injuries.

Keep hands away from the grinding disk and chain teeth when the
equipment is in use. Do not move
the chain by hand. There is a risk
of injury.

Switching on and off

Ensure that the mains voltage
matches the specifications on the
rating plate.
Connect the equipment to the
mains.
1. To switch on, press the on/off switch
(I position); the equipment starts up
(see
1).
2. To switch off, press the on/off switch
(0 position); the equipment switches
off (see
1).
The disk will continue to run
after the equipment is switched
off. There is a risk of injury.
Protection against overheating and
restart:
The unit will not automatically restart following an automatic cutout due to overload.
To restart the grinder, press the On/Off
switch (I position). The unit will start
(see
1).
Test run:
Before starting work and after each
change of grinding disk, carry out a test
run of at least 30 seconds with no load.
Switch off the equipment immediately if
the disk runs lumpy, substantial vibrations
occur, or abnormal noises are generated.

Sharpening the saw chain
When working with the saw chain,
keep clean the ventilation openings
(see Maintenance and cleaning).
An incorrectly sharpened saw
chain may damage the chain the
increase the risk of the saw jumping back.
Ensure that the chain is aligned
accurately.
Observe the correct rake angle
and minimum dimensions of the
saw chain. Remove as little material as possible.
Do not grind in drive
(a) or connecting (b)
links, otherwise the
saw chain may rupture.
In the event of non-observance,
there is a risk of accidents when
handling the chainsaw.
Instructions for sharpening

Clean the saw chain before you sharpen it. Use a brush or cloth to remove
oily wood chips or residual oil.
After sharpening, all cutting links must
be of equal length and width.
The chain is worn and must be replaced with a new saw chain if only
approx. 4 mm of cutting tooth remain.

Inserting the saw chain:

1. To open the chain guide, turn the
clamping lever (13) anticlockwise. You
must first return the clamping lever to
its home position several times.
The clamping lever unlocks by pulling
it outward, returning it to the home position and allowing it to snap back in.
2. Place the saw chain in the chain guide

(7). Ensure that the cutting edges face

the grinding disk (18).
3. Flap down the chain stop (15) and pull
the saw chain back until the cutting
tooth (27) to be sharpened contacts
the stop (see figure ).
Adjusting the sharpening angle:
4. Loosen the locking
screw (10) and use the
scale (11) on the rotary
disk of the chain clamping
unit (12) to set the correct
sharpening angle .
Tighten the locking screw.
Adjusting the stop:
5. Turn off the motor and pull down the
grinding head (2) by the handle (4).
6. Turn the chain feed adjusting screw
(14a) to move the cutting tooth (27) towards the grinding disk (18) until they
make contact (see figure ). Tighten
the adjusting nut (14b) to lock the adjusting screw (14a).
7. Turn the clamping lever (13) clockwise
to tighten the chain links in the chain
guide (7) (see 1.).
8. Turn the adjusting screw (6a) to set the
depth stopper such that the grinding
disk (18) contacts the tooth root (see
figure ). Tighten the adjusting nut
(6b) to set the grinding depth.
Sharpen:
9. Switch on the equipment (see switching on and off ).
10.By putting gentle pressure on the handle
(4), move the grinding head (2) upwards
and sharpen the cutting tooth (27).
Do not allow the grinding disk (18) to
slow down to standstill. This is prevented by reducing the pressing force
early enough.

11. Switch off the equipment to move the

chain onwards.
Loosen the clamping lever (13) and
tighten the next chain link to be sharpened in the chain guide (7) using
the adjusted chain stop (15) and the
clamping lever.
Start by sharpening the teeth on
one side of the chain. Then adjust
the rake angle and sharpen the
teeth on the other side.
Check the depth limiter distance
(see
image ):
The cutting links, which comprise a cutting
tooth (27) and a depth limiter lug (28), are
the sawing parts of the chain. The height
distance between these two is determined
by depth limiter distance A.
1. After every third sharpening process,
check depth limiter distance A against
the saw chain manufacturers specifications.
2. Use a flat file to file down the height
of the depth limiter lug (28) and, after
resetting, round off the depth limiter lug
a little. The original shape must remain
intact.

Maintenance and cleaning

Disconnect the plug before adjustment, maintenance or repair.
Have any work not described in
these instructions carried out by
a specialist workshop. Use only
original components. Allow the
equipment to cool before carrying
out any maintenance and cleaning work. There is a risk of burns.

Before each use, check the equipment

for obvious defects such as loose, worn
or damaged components and check that
screws or other parts are sitting correctly.
In particular, check the grinding disk (
18). Replace damaged parts.

Cleaning
Do not use cleaning agents or solvents. Chemical substances may
attack plastic parts of the equipment. Never clean the equipment
under running water.

Clean the equipment thoroughly after

each use. Clean the ventilation openings (
21) and the surface of the
equipment with a brush or cloth.

Changing the grinding disk

Instructions for changing:
Never operate the equipment without the protective screen ( 20).
Ensure that the rotation speed
specified on the grinding disk
(
18) is equal to or greater
than the idle-running speed of
the equipment.
Ensure that the disk dimensions
fit the equipment.
Use only fault-free grinding disks
(ring test).
If the locator hole in a grinding disk
is too small, do not subsequently
redrill in order to increase the size.
Do not use separated reduction
bushes or adapters in order to
make a grinding disk fit where the
hole is too large.
Do not use saw blades.
Reassemble the equipment fully
after changing the grinding disk.

Switch off the equipment and disconnect from the mains.
Allow the equipment to cool.
1. Unscrew the grinding disk cover
(3).
2. Remove the grinding disk nut
(18b) by hand.
3. Take the grinding disk (18a) off
the adapter.
4. Place a new grinding disk on the
adapter and tighten the grinding
disk nut by hand.
5. Put the grinding disk cover (3)
back on.

Hand over the device at an utilization

location. The plastic and metal parts employed can be separated out into pure
materials and recycling can be implemented. Ask your Service Center about this.
Defective units returned to us will be disposed of for free.

Guarantee

Do not tighten the grinding disk nut

too much because this may cause
the grinding disk and nut to break.
6. Test run: Before starting work and after each change of grinding disk, carry
out a test run of at least 30 seconds
with no load. Switch off the equipment
immediately if the disk runs lumpy,
substantial vibrations occur or abnormal noises are generated.

Storage

Store the appliance in a dry place well

out of reach of children.
Grinding disks must be stored dry and
upright and are not to be stacked.

Waste disposal and environmental protection

Be environmentally friendly. Return the tool,
accessories and packaging to a recycling
centre when you have finished with them.
Machines are not to be place with
domestic waste.

This appliance has a 36-month guarantee; a shorter 12-month guarantee

applies if the appliance is to be used
for commercial purposes or for replacement appliances according to
statutory regulations.
Justified guarantee claims should
be reported to our Service Centre
(see page 77 for telephone & fax
no.s, and email address). Our Service Team will tell you more about
our complaints handling procedure.
Damage due to natural wear and tear,
overload or incorrect use is excluded
from the guarantee. Certain components
are subject to normal wear and tear and
are excluded from the guarantee. These
include in particular: Grinding disks, carbon brushes, stopper, protective screen.
Furthermore, the prerequisite for guarantee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions regarding cleaning and maintenance have
been adhered to.
Damage, which has been caused from
material or manufacturing faults, will be
made good free of charge, by replacement delivery or repair. This requires that
the appliance is returned to our service
center undismantled and with proof of
purchase and guarantee.
Repairs, which are not covered by the
guarantee, can be carried out for charge
by our service center. Our service center

will be glad to provide you with a cost

estimate.
We can only process devices which
have been packaged sufficiently and
which have been dispatched with correct
stamping.
Note: In case of complaint or service,
please deliver your device cleaned, and
with an indication of the defect, to our
service address. Devices sent in freight
collect - by bulk freight, express or
with other special freight - are not accepted. If you have a justified guarantee
claim, please contact our service centre
by telephone, which will then advise you
on how the claim will be processed.

Opi sigurnosni ureaji

Ovaj ureaj nije odreen za uporabu
od strane osoba (ukljuujui djecu) s
ogranienim fizikim, senzorikim ili duevnim sposobnostima ili s nedovoljnim
iskustvom i/ili nedovoljnim znanjem;
osim ako su pod nadzorom neke osobe
nadlene za njihovu sigurnost ili od nje

da druge osobe, naroito djeca, dodiruju
elektroalat ili kabel. Udaljite ih od Vaeg
radnog podruja.
Nekoritene elektroalate uvajte na
sigurnom. Nekoriteni elektroalati bi se
trebali odloiti na suho, povieno ili zakljuano mjesto, izvan dometa djece.
Nemojte preopteretiti svoj elektroalat.
Bolje i sigurnije radite u navedenom podruju snage.
Koristite pravilan elektroalat.
- Nemojte koristiti strojeve slabe snage za teke radove.
- Nemojte koristiti elektroalat za one
sv rhe, za koje on nije predvien.
Nemojte koristiti primjerice runu
krunu pilu za rezanje grana drvea
ili rezanje drveta.
Nosite prikladnu odjeu.
- Nemojte nositi iroku odjeu ili nakit,
pokretni dijelovi ih mogu zahvatiti.
- Pri radu na otvorenom preporua se

- Ako imate dugu kosu, nosite mreu
za kosu.
Koristite zatitnu opremu.
- Nosite zatitne naoale. Kod nepridravanja mogu nastati povrede
oiju uslijed iskri ili brusnih estica.
- Kod radova koji stvaraju prainu nosite zatitnu masku za disanje.
Prikljuite ureaj za usisavanje praine. Ako postoje prikljuci za usisavanje praine i prihvatni ureaj, provjerite,
da se oni prikljue i pravilno koriste.
Kabel nemojte koristiti za svrhe, za
koje on nije predvien. Nemojte koristiti

kabel za izvlaenje utikaa iz utinice. Zatitite kabel od toplote, ulja i otrih rubova.
Osigurajte svoj obradak.
Koristite stezne naprave ili stezni konji
za pridravanje obratka. On se tako sigurnije pridrava nego Vaom rukom.
Izbjegavajte nenormalno dranje tijela.
Pobrinite se za sigurno stajalite i u svako doba odravajte ravnoteu.
Briljivo odravajte svoje alate.
- Odravajte rezne alate otrim i istim, kako biste mogli bolje i sigurnije raditi.
- Pridravajte se uputa za podmazivanje i za zamjenu alata.
- Redovito kontrolirajte prikljuni vod
elektroalata i, ako je oteen, dajte
ga nekom registriranom strunjaku
da ga zamijeni.
- Redovito kontrolirajte produne vodove i zamijenite ih, ako su oteeni.
- Ruke odravajte suhim, istim i bez
ulja i masti.
Izvucite utika iz utinice kod neuporabe elektroalata, prije odravanja i kod
zamjene alata kao npr. list pile, svrdlo,
glodalo.
Nemojte ostavljati kljueve alata u
bravi. Prije ukljuenja provjerite, da su
izvaeni klju i alati za podeavanje.
Izbjegavajte nenamjeravano pokretanje. Provjerite, da je sklopka iskljuena
pri stavljanju utikaa u utinicu.
Koristite produni kabel za vanjsko
podruje.
Na otvorenom koristite samo za to odobrene i odgovarajue obiljeene produne kablove.
Budite paljivi.
Pazite na to, to radite. Razumno pristupajte poslu. Nemojte koristiti elektroalat,
ako niste koncentrirani.

Provjerite, ima li elektroalat eventualnih oteenja.

- Prije daljnje uporabe elektroalata
mora se briljivo pregledati besprijekorna i namjenska funkcija zatitnih
naprava ili malo oteenih dijelova.
- Provjerite, funkcioniraju li pokretni
dijelovi besprijekorno i da nisu zaglavljeni ili jesu li dijelovi oteeni.
Svi dijelovi moraju biti pravilno montirani i ispunjavati sve uvjete, kako
biste osigurali besprijekoran pogon.
- Oteene zatitne naprave i dijelovi
se moraju u skladu s namjenom popraviti ili zamijeniti u nekoj registriranoj specijaliziranoj radionici, ako
nita drugo nije navedeno u u Uputi
za uporabu.
- Oteene sklopke se moraju zamijeniti u radionici servisne slube.
- Nemojte koristiti elektroalate, kod
kojih se sklopka ne moe ukljuiti i
iskljuiti.
Pozor! Uporaba drugih alata i ostaloga
pribora za Vas moe znaiti opasnost od
povrede.
Dajte da elektriar popravi Va elektroalat. Ovaj elektroalat odgovara dotinim sigurnosnim odredbama. Popravke
smije obavljati samo specijalizirana
radionica, tako to primjenjuje originalne
rezervne dijelove; u protivnom korisnik
moe doivjeti nesree.
Ako prikljuni vod ovog ureaja bude
oteen, onda isti mora biti zamijenjen
posebnim prikljunim vodom, koji se
moe dobiti od proizvoaa ili njegove
servisne slube.

Opis funkcije
Reaj se prije prvog putanja u pogon
vrsto montira na neku radnu povrinu.
On posjeduje kao pogon jedan elektromotor s termo-zatitom i zatitom od ponovnog ukljuenja za dodatnu sigurnost. Kut
otrenja se moe ugodno podesiti od -30
do +30 pomou okretnog tanjura. Vodea
ina lanca ima varijabilno pomjerivi graninik. Otrenje se vri iskretanjem brusne glave. Radi zatite korisnika ureaj je
opremljen zatitnom ploom za gledanje.

Svrha primjene
Ureaj za otrenje lanca je pogodan za
otrenje uobiajenih tipova lanca pile.
Ureaj nije predvien za sve druge vrste
primjene (npr. bruenje rashladnom tekuinom, bruenje drugih izradaka ili materijala koji ugroavaju zdravlje kao azbest).
Ureaj je odreen samo za uporabu u
podruju radova u kuanstvu. On nije koncipiran za stalnu profesionalnu uporabu.
Ureaj je odreen za uporabu od strane
odraslih osoba. Mladi iznad 16 godina
smiju koristiti ureaj samo pod nadzorom.
Proizvoa ne jami za oteenja, koja su
prouzrokovana nenamjenskom uporabom
ili pogrenim upravljanjem.

Ureaj nikad nemojte koristiti bez zatitnog vizira.
Nemojte primjenjivati listove pile.
Prije svih radova na ureaju izvucite
mreni utika.
Kontrolirajte brusnu plou prije njene
primjene: ispitajte razmak izmeu
zatitne ploe za gledanje i brusne
ploe. Nemojte koristiti napuknute,
rasprsnute ili na drugi nain oteene
brusne ploe.
Ureaj ukljuite tek, kada je sigurno
montiran na radnoj povrini. Postoji
opasnost od povreda!

Pri radu s listom pile nosite zatitne

rukavice, koje se ne mogu prerezati
i ako je potrebno pregau, kako biste izbjegli porezotine.
Odmaknite ruke od brusne ploe
i zubaca lanca, kada je ureaj u
pogonu. Nemojte pokretati ureaj
rukom. Postoji opasnost od povrede.

Ukljuenje i iskljuenje
Pazite na to, da se napon mrenog
prikljuka slae s naponom na natpisu s tipom ureaja.
Prikljuite ureaj na mreni napon.
1. Za ukljuenje pritisnite ukljuiva/iskljuiva (poloaj I), ureaj se pokree
(vidi
1).
2. Za iskljuenje pritisnite ukljuiva/iskljuiva (poloaj 0), ureaj se iskljuuje (vidi

Otrenje lanca pile

Pri radu pod uvjetima stvaranja
praine pobrinite se za slobodne
proreze za prozraivanje (vidi

Pogreno naotren lanac pile
moe dovesti do oteenja i poveati opasnost od povratnog
udara pile!
Pazite na tono badarenje lanca.
Pridravajte se pravilnog kuta
otrenja i najmanjih dimenzija
lanca pile.
Odstranite to je mogue manje
materijala.
Nemojte brusiti pogonske lanke (a)
ili spojne lanke (b),
lanac pile inae
moe puknuti.
Kod nepridravanja postoji opasnost od nesree pri radu s lananom pilom.
Upute za otrenje
Prije bruenja oistite lanac pile. etkom ili krpom za ienje odstranite
uljne ostatke drveta odn. ostatke ulja.
Poslije otrenja svi rezni lanci moraju
biti jednako dugi i iroki.
Lanac je ishaban i mora se zamijeniti
novim lancem pile, ako je ostalo samo
jo ca. 4 mm reznog zupca.
Umetanje lanca pile:
1. Za otvaranje ine za voenje lanca
okrenite steznu polugu (13) suprotno od
kazaljke na satu. Za to morate vie puta

vratiti steznu polugu u poetni poloaj.

Za odbravljivanje stezne poluge povucite steznu polugu prema vani i pustite
da opet uklopi poslije vraanja u poetni poloaj.
2. Umetnite lanac pile u inu za voenje
lanca (7). Rezni rubovi moraju biti
okrenuti prema brusnoj ploi (18).
3. Preklopite graninik lanca (15) prema
dolje i povucite lanac pile prema natrag, sve dok rezni zub (27) koji treba
naotriti ne nalegne na graninik (vidi
sliku ).
Podeavanje kuta otrenja:
4. Olabavite zaustavni vijak
(10) i na okretnom tanjuru jedinice za zatezanje
lanca (12) podesite potrebni kut otrenja pomou skale (11).
Opet pritegnite zaustavni vijak.
Badarenje graninika:
5. Pokrenite brusnu glavu (2) rukom (4)
uz iskljueni motor prema dolje.
6. Pomou podesnog vijka za pomak
lanca (14a) privucite rezni zub (27) uz
brusnu plou (18), sve dok rezni zub
ne nalegne uz brusnu plou (vidi sliku
). Osigurajte podesni vijak (14a) podesnom maticom (14b).
7. Fiksirajte lanke lanca u ini za voenje lanca (7) okretanjem stezne poluge
(13) u smjeru kazaljke na satu (vidi 1.).
8. Podesite dubinski graninik pomou
podesnog vijka (6a) tako, da brusna
ploa (18) dodirne osnovu zuba (vidi
sliku ). Osigurajte dubinu bruenja
podesnom maticom (6b).
Otrenje:
9. Ukljuite ureaj (vidi Ukljuenje i iskljuenje).

10. Laganim pritiskom na ruku (4) pokreite brusnu glavu (2) prema dolje i
otrite rezni zubac (27).
Brusna ploa (18) se ne smije zakoiti
do zaustavljanja. Radi izbjegavanja
pravovremeno smanjite tlak pritiskanja.
11. Za daljnji transport lanca iskljuite ureaj.
Otpustite steznu polugu (13) i fiksirajte
sljedei lanak lanca koji se mora naotriti pomou badarenog graninika
lanca (15) i stezne poluge u inu za
voenje lanca (7).
Najprije naotrite zupce jedne
strane lanca. Zatim premjestite kut
otrenja i naotrite zupce druge
strane.
Ispitivanje razmaka graninika dubine
(vidi
sliku ):
Dijelovi lanca koji pile su rezni lanci, koji
se sastoje od jednog reznog zupca (27) i
jednog ispupenja graninika dubine (28).
Visinski razmak izmeu njih odreuje graninik dubine-razmak A.
1. Poslije svakog treeg otrenja provjerite graninik dubine-razmak A prema
podacima proizvoaa lanca pile.
2. Izbrusite visinu ispupenja graninika
dubine (28) plosnatom turpijom i poslije vraanja malo zaokruite ispupenje
graninika dubine. Mora se zadrati
prvobitni oblik.

Odravanje i ienje
Prije svakog podeavanja, odravanja ili osposobljavanja izvucite
mreni utika.

Dajte da radove, koji nisu opisani

u ovoj Uputi, izvri neka specijalizirana radionica. Koristite samo
originalne dijelove. Ostavite ureaj
da se ohladi prije svih radova
odravanja i ienja. Postoji opasnost od opeklina!
Prije svake uporabe provjerite, ima li vidljivih nedostataka kao slobodni, ishabani
ili oteeni dijelovi, pravilno nalijeganje vijaka ili drugih dijelova. Posebno provjerite
brusnu plou (
18). Zamijenite oteene dijelove.

Nemojte koristiti otra sredstva za
ienje odn. otapala. Kemijske
tvari mogu nagristi plastine dijelove ureaja. Ureaj nikad nemojte
istiti pod tekuom vodom.
Poslije svake uporabe temeljito oistite
ureaj. Oistite proreze za prozraivanje
( 21) i povrinu ureaja mekanom
etkom, kistom ili krpom.

Zamjena brusne ploe

Upute za zamjenu:
Ureaj nikad nemojte koristiti
bez zatitne ploe za gledanje

Provjerite, da je broj okretaja
naveden na brusnoj ploi (
18)
jednak ili vei vei od izmjerenog
broja okretaja ureaja.
Provjerite, da dimenzije ploe
odgovaraju uz ureaj.
Koristite samo besprijekorne brusne ploe (zvuna proba).
Nemojte naknadno buiti premali
prihvatni otvor brusne ploe.

Uklanjanje/zatita okolia

Iskljuite ureaj i izvucite mreni

utika. Ostavite ureaj da se ohladi.

Predajte ureaj u nekoj slubi za ponovnu

preradu. Primijenjeni plastini i metalni
dijelovi mogu se odvojiti prema vrstama i
tako odnijeti na ponovnu preradu. O tome
pitajte u naem Servisnom centru.
Vrimo besplatno uklanjanje Vaih pokvarenih poslanih ureaja.

1. Odvijte poklopac brusne ploe (3).

2. Runo odvijte maticu brusne ploe (18b).
3. Skinite brusnu plou (18a) s prihvatnika.
4. Stavite novu brusnu plou na
prihvatnik i runo uvijte maticu
brusne ploe.
5. Opet uvijte poklopac brusne ploe (3).
Matica brusne ploe ne smije biti
prevrsto pritegnuta, kako bi se
izbjeglo pucanje brusne ploe i matice.
6. Probni rad: Prije prvoga rada i poslije
svake zamjene brusne ploe izvrite
probni rad od najmanje 30 sekundi bez
optereenja. Ureaj odmah iskljuite,
ako se ploa ne okree u krugu, ako
se pojave znatne oscilacije ili se uju
nenormalni umovi.

Skladitenje
uvajte ureaj na suhom mjestu zatienom od praine, te izvan dometa
djece.
Brusne ploe se moraju uvati na
suhom i uspravno i ne smiju se
slagati jedna na drugu.

Odnesite ureaj, pribor i pakiranje na ponovnu preradu radi zatite okolia.

Elektroureaji ne spadaju u kuno
smee.

Za ovaj ureaj mi dajemo garanciju od
36 mjeseci. Za profesionalnu uporabu
i zamjenske ureaje vrijedi skraeno
jamstvo od 12 mjeseci, prema zakonskim odredbama.

vibracija se moe razlikovati za vrijeme stvarnog koritenja elektrinog alata od podatkovne vrijednosti, ovisno od vrste i naina, kada
se primjenjuje taj elektrini alat.
Postoji neophodnost utvrivanja sigurnosnih mjera radi zatite posluitelja, koje
se temelje na procjeni prekida za vrijeme
uvjeta stvarnog koritenja (pri tome se
moraju uzeti u obzir svi udjeli pogonskog
ciklusa, primjerice vrijeme, kada je elektrini alat iskljuen, te oni, kada je on dodue ukljuen, ali radi bez optereenja).
Vrijednosti buke i vibracije izraunate su u
skladu s normama i odredbama navedenim u Izjavi o podudarnosti.
Tehnike i promjene izgleda mogu se poduzeti bez najave u okviru usavravanja.
Sve dimenzije, upute i podaci u ovoj Uputi
za uporabu stoga su bez jamstva. Stoga
se ne mogu pokrenuti pravni zahtjevi, koji
se podnesu na temelju Upute za uporabu.

Acest aparat nu a fost desemnat pentru a fi folosit de persoane (inclusiv

copii) cu abiliti fizice, senzoriale sau
spirituale limitate sau fr experien
i/sau cunotine; dac aceste situaii
totui survin, acetia trebuie supravegheai de o persoan responsabil
pentru sigurana lor sau instruii referitor la modul n care trebuie folosit
aparatul.
Copiii trebuie avertizai, astfel nct s
nu foloseasc aparatul ca i obiect de
joac.
Din motive de siguran, copiii i tinerii
cu vrste sub 16 ani, precum i persoanele care nu sunt familiarizate cu
manualul de operare, nu trebuie s foloseasc dispozitivul.

aflate n proximitate. Nu permitei
altor persoane, i mai ales copiilor, s
ating utilajul electric sau cablul acestuia. Meninei orice alte persoane n
afara zonei Dvs. de lucru.
Meninei n siguran utilajele electrice neutilizate. Utilajele electrice neutilizate trebuie depozitate ntr-un loc
uscat, la nlime sau nchis, n afara
accesului copiilor.
Nu supra-solicitai dispozitivul electric. Vei lucra mai eficient i mai sigur
dac respectai intervalele de sarcin
menionate.
Folosii utilajul electric adecvat.
- Nu folosii maini cu randament slab
atunci cnd vrei s efectuai operaiuni solicitante.
- Nu folosii utilajul electric n scopuri
pentru care nu este prevzut. De
exemplu, nu folosii fierstrul circular de mn pentru a tia ramuri de
copac sau obiecte din lemn.
Purtai mbrcminte adecvat.
- Nu purtai haine largi sau bijuterii,
acestea putnd fi prinse n componentele mobile ale dispozitivului.
- Atunci cnd lucrai n aer liber, este
recomandabil s purtai nclminte
anti-derapant.

Dac avei prul lung, purtai o casc de protecie.

Folosii echipamente de protecie.
- Purtai ochelari de protecie. Dac
nu respectai aceste instruciuni de
siguran, exist riscul vtmrii
ochilor datorit scnteilor sau particulelor metalice generate n timpul
folosirii aparatului.
- n timpul lucrrilor generatoare de
praf, purtai o masc anti-praf.
Conectai echipamentul de aspirare
a prafului. Dac v-au fost furnizate
racorduri de aspirare i recuperare a
prafului, asigurai-v c acestea sunt
conectate i utilizate corespunztor.
Nu folosii cablul n scopuri pentru
care nu a fost prevzut. Nu v folosii
de cablu pentru a scoate techerul din
priz. Protejai cablul mpotriva cldurii, uleiului i marginilor ascuite.
Fixai piesa ce urmeaz a fi prelucrat. Utilizai dispozitive de strngere sau
o menghin, pentru a fixa piesa ce urmeaz a fi prelucrat. Aceast practic
este mai sigur dect cea manual.
Meninei o poziie normal a corpului. Adoptai o poziie sigur i meninei un echilibru constant.
ntreinei cu grij sculele.
- Instrumentele de tiere trebuie meninute ascuite i curate, pentru a
putea lucra mai eficient i mai sigur.
- Respectai instruciunile de lubrifiere
i de nlocuire a ustensilelor.
- Verificai regulat cablurile conectoare ale utilajelor electrice i, dac
este cazul, predai-le unui specialist
autorizat pentru a fi nlocuite.
- Verificai regulat cablurile prelungitoare i nlocuii-le dac sunt deteriorate.
Meninei mnerele uscate, curate i
fr pete de ulei sau grsime.

Scoatei techerul din priz

atunci cnd nu folosii utilajul electric,
nainte de a efectua lucrri de mentenan i atunci cnd urmeaz s
nlocuii ustensile precum lama fierstrului, burghiul, freza.
Retragei toate cheile de fixare a sculelor. nainte de pornirea dispozitivului,
verificai dac cheia i celelalte instrumente de reglare sunt ndeprtate.
Evitai pornirea accidental. Asigurai-v c, la introducerea techerului
n priz, ntreruptorul este deconectat.
Folosii cabluri prelungitoare pentru
activitile desfurate n exterior.
n aceste situaii, utilizai doar cabluri
prelungitoare corespunztoare, special
desemnate acestui scop.
Fii vigileni. Fii ateni la ceea ce
facei. Fii raional atunci cnd folosii
maina. Nu folosii utilajul electric dac
nu v putei concentra.
Verificai dac utilajul este cumva deteriorat.
- nainte de a utiliza dispozitivul n
alte scopuri, trebuie s verificai
cu atenie dac echipamentele de
siguran sau alte componente uor
deteriorate funcioneaz corespunztor i dac i vor ndeplini funciile prevzute.
- Verificai dac piesele mobile funcioneaz corespunztor, se blocheaz sau sunt deteriorate. Toate
componentele trebuie s fie corect
montate i s ndeplineasc toate
funciile, pentru a garanta o operare
corespunztoare.
- Echipamentele de protecie i componentele deteriorate trebuie s fie
reparate sau nlocuite ntr-un atelier
de specialitate autorizat, dac manualul de operare a dispozitivului nu

prevede altceva.
Comutatoarele deteriorate trebuie
s fie nlocuite ntr-un atelier de service agreat.
- Nu folosii utilaje electrice n cazul
n care comutatorul nu poate fi pornit sau oprit.
Atenie! Utilizarea unor utilaje auxiliare
i accesorii altele dect cele recomandate poate prezenta un risc de vtmare corporal.
Predai utilajul electric pentru a fi reparat ntr-un atelier de specialitate.
Acest utilaj electric satisface normele
de siguran corespunztoare. Reparaiile trebuie executate numai ntr-un
atelier de specialitate, care va utiliza
piese de schimb originale; n caz contrar, operatorul utilajului va fi expus
unui riscului de accidentare.
n cazul n care cablul conector al acestui
aparat este deteriorat, trebuie s contactai fabricantul, reprezentantul acestuia
sau o persoan autorizat n acest sens,
pentru a evita orice pericol.

Conectai aparatul doar la o priz cu

disjunctor de siguran (comutator FI)
cu un curent diferenial nominal de maxim 30 mA.
Protejai cablul de reea i prelungitorul
de discul abraziv i de lanul de fierstrului. n cazul n care cablul de reea
este deteriorat sau secionat, tragei
imediat techerul din priz.
Nu atingei cablul nainte de a-l deconecta de la reea.
Efectuai un control vizual al discului
abraziv nainte de a-l utiliza. Nu folosii
discul abraziv dac este spart, rupt sau

pur i simplu deteriorat. nlocuii-l cu

un disc abraziv nou.
Nu folosii niciodat dispozitivul fr
discul abraziv.
Nu folosii dispozitivul dac suntei
obosit, nu v putei concentra sau
dup ce ai consumat medicamente
sau alcool. Acordai-v ntotdeauna
pauze de lucru atunci cnd simii c
este nevoie.
Nu folosii dispozitivul n atmosfere
explozive sau n locuri n care pot
aprea scntei, incendii sau explozii
etc. Nerespectarea acestei instruciuni duce la risc la explozie sau
incendiu.
Evitai s punei minile pe discul
abraziv sau pe dinii lanului, atunci
cnd aparatul se afl n funciune.
Nu micai lanul cu mna. n caz
contrar, exist riscul de vtmare
corporal.
Nu v plasai niciodat degetele ntre discul abraziv i discul rotativ sau
ntre discul abraziv i aiba de protecie. Exist riscul de accidentare
prin strivire.
n timpul lefuirii, lanul devine fierbinte. Nu atingei lanul n locurile n
care urmeaz a fi prelucrat, deoarece exist riscul de accidentare prin
ardere.
Folosii numai discuri abrazive recomandate de fabricant. Nu folosii
lame de fierstru.
Oprii dispozitivul i deconectai cablul de reea
- pentru a debloca un utilaj auxiliar
blocat,
- n condiiile n care cablul conector
este deteriorat sau ncurcat,
- dac apar zgomote neobinuite.

Descrierea modului de funcionare

naintea primei puneri n funciune, dispozitivul este ferm montat pe o suprafa
de lucru. Ca i dispozitiv de acionare,
acesta este echipat cu un electro-motor
cu protecie termic i, pentru siguran
adiional, este prevzut i cu o protecie
mpotriva pornirii accidentale.
Unghiul de ascuire poate fi uor reglat
n intervalul -30 pn la +30. ina de
ghidare a lanului dispune de un opritor
reglabil n mod variabil. Ascuirea are
loc prin pivotarea capului de rectificare.
Pentru sigurana utilizatorului, aparatul
este prevzut cu un ecran de protecie a
ochilor.
Funcia unitii de comand se regsete
n descrierile urmtoare.

Domeniul de aplicare
Dispozitivul de ascuire a lanului este
adecvat pentru tipurile actuale de lan de
fierstru.
Aparatul nu este prevzut pentru nici unul
din celelalte tipuri de utilizare (de ex. ascuire cu lichid refrigerant, ascuirea altor
piese sau materiale duntoare sntii
precum azbestul).
Dispozitivul este prevzut pentru a fi utilizat n domeniul casnic. Nu este conceput
pentru o utilizare industrial continu.
Dispozitivul trebuie utilizat doar de per-

soane adulte. Tinerii cu vrste de peste
16 ani pot utiliza aparatul doar sub supraveghere.
Fabricantul nu este responsabil pentru
daunele cauzate de utilizarea necorespunztoare sau operarea incorect a
aparatului.

creion i apoi ndeprtai din nou
aparatul.
3. Forai dou orificii n suprafaa

4. Cu ajutorul uruburilor (23) i piulielor (24) furnizate, fixai soclul
de rectificare pe suprafaa de
lucru.
Montarea polizorului:
5. nurubai mnerul (4) pe capul
de rectificare (2).
6. Deurubai urubul de fixare (10)
de pe dispozitivul de ntindere a
lanului (12).
7. Plasai dispozitivul de ntindere
a lanului (12) pe soclul de rectificare (8) i fixai-l cu ajutorul
urubului de fixare (10).
8. Fixai cablul de reea (17) n suportul pentru cablu (16).
Montarea urubului de reglare:
9. Aplicai presiune asupra piuliei
de fixare (25) furnizate aflate n
cavitatea (26) de pe capul de
rectificare (2) i nurubai urubul de reglare (6) pe capul de
rectificare.

Lucrul cu dispozitivul
Atenie!
Folosii numai discuri abrazive i
accesorii recomandate de fabricant. Utilizarea unor utilaje auxiliare i accesorii altele dect cele
recomandate poate prezenta un
risc de vtmare corporal.
Nu folosii niciodat dispozitivul
fr discul abraziv.
Nu folosii lame de fierstru.
naintea efecturii oricror lucrri
asupra dispozitivului, deconectai
cablul de reea.
Verificai discul abraziv nainte de
a-l folosi: verificai distana dintre
ecranul de protecie a ochilor i
discul abraziv. Nu folosii discuri
abrazive rupte, sparte sau altfel
deteriorate.
Conectai dispozitivul numai dac
este ferm montat pe suprafaa de
lucru.
n caz contrar, exist riscul de vtmare corporal!
Atenie pericol de vtmare corporal!
Purtai ochelari i cti de protecie
auditiv!
n timp ce lucrai cu lanul de fierstru, purtai mnui de protecie
rezistente la rupere iar, dac este
necesar, i un or, pentru a evita
vtmarea corporal prin tiere.
Evitai s punei minile pe discul
abraziv i pe dinii lanului, atunci
cnd aparatul se afl n funciune.
Nu micai lanul cu mna. Exist
riscul de vtmare corporal.

Conectare i deconectare
Avei grij ca tensiunea de reea s
corespund datelor de pe plcua
de fabricaie a dispozitivului.
Conectai dispozitivul la tensiunea
de reea.
1. Pentru conectare aducei comutatorul
n poziia I, aparatul va porni (vezi
1).
1. Pentru deconectare aducei comutatorul n poziia 0, aparatul se va opri
(vezi
1).
Discul abraziv va continua s se
roteasc i dup ce aparatul a
fost oprit. Exist riscul de vtmare corporal.
Protecie termic i protecie mpotriva
pornirii accidentale:
Dup o oprire automat a aparatului datorat supra-solicitrii, dispozitivul nu va
porni automat.
Pentru a-l reconecta aducei comutatorul
n poziia I i astfel aparatul va porni
(vezi
1).
Mers de prob:
nainte de a pune pentru prima oar aparatul n funciune i dup fiecare nlocuire
a discului abraziv trebuie efectuat un mers
de prob fr sarcin, de minim 30 secunde. Oprii imediat dispozitivul dac discul
nu se rotete corect, dac apar vibraii
considerabile sau dac auzii zgomote
anormale.

Ascuirea lanului de
fierstru
Avei grij ca, atunci cnd lucrai n
condiii de praf, orificiile de aerisire
s fie libere (vezi Mentenan i
Curire).
Un lan de fierstru incorect
ascuit poate genera daune materiale, mrind riscul de recul al
fierstrului!
Asigurai-v c lanul este corect ajustat.
Respectai unghiul corect de
ascuire i dimensiunile minime
ale lanului de fierstru. ndeprtai ct mai puin material
posibil.
Nu ascuii n interiorul elementelor
de antrenare a lanului (a) sau al modulelor de conectare (b), n caz
contrar lanul se poate rupe.
Nerespectarea acestor instruciuni atrage riscul de accidentare
n timpul utilizrii lanului de fierstru.
Indicii privind operaiunea de ascuire

Curai lanul nainte de a-l ascui. ndeprtai resturile de lemn cu coninut

de ulei, respectiv reziduurile de ulei, cu
ajutorul unei pensule sau al unei lavete.
Dup ascuire, toi dinii de achiere
trebuie s fie egali n lungime i lime.
Lanul este uzat i trebuie nlocuit cu
unul nou atunci cnd dinii de achiere
msoar doar cca. 4 mm sau mai puin.

Montarea lanului de fierstru:

1. Pentru a deschide ina de ghidare a
lanului, rotii prghia de ntindere (13)
n sens anti-orar. n acest sens, prghia de ntindere trebuie adus de mai
multe ori n poziia iniial.
Pentru deblocarea prghiei de ntindere, aceasta trebuie tras n exterior i,
dup ce a fost adus n poziia iniial,
trebuie lsat s se cupleze din nou n
poziie.
2. Plasai lanul de fierstru pe ina de
ghidare (7). Tiul lanului trebuie s
fie orientat ctre discul abraziv (18).
3. Rabatai opritorul (15) n jos i tragei
lanul spre spate pn cnd dintele de
achiere (27) ce urmeaz a fi ascuit a
ajuns n dreptul opritorului (vezi imaginea ).
Reglarea unghiului de ascuire:
4. Deurubai urubul de
fixare (10) i reglai discul rotativ al unitii de
ntindere a lanului (12)
la unghiul de ascuire corespunztor , cu ajutorul scalei (11).
nurubai din nou urubul de fixare.
Reglarea opritorului:
5. Atunci cnd motorul este oprit, deplasai n jos capul de rectificare (2) de pe
mner (4).
6. Cu ajutorul urubului de reglare pentru
avansul cu lan (14a), ghidai dintele
de achiere (27) de pe discul abraziv
(18) pn ajunge n dreptul discului
abraziv (vezi imaginea ). Asigurai
urubul de reglare (14a) cu ajutorul
piuliei de reglare (14b).
7. Fixai elementele lanului n ina de
ghidare a acestuia (7), rotind prghia
de ntindere (13) n sens orar (vezi 1.).

8. Reglai limitatorul de adncime cu
ajutorul urubului de reglare (6a), astfel nct discul abraziv (18) s ating
baza dintelui (vezi imaginea ). Fixai
adncimea de rectificare cu ajutorul
piuliei de reglare (6b).

2. Ajustai nlimea camei de limitare a

adncimii (28) cu ajutorul unei pile late
i, dup ce ai montat-o la loc, rotunjii
uor cama de limitare a adncimii.
Trebuie meninut forma original a
acesteia.

Ascuirea:
9. Pornii dispozitivul (vezi Conectare i
deconectare).
10.Aplicnd o presiune uoar asupra
mnerului (4), deplasai capul de rectificare (2) n jos i ascuii dintele de
achiere (27).
Discul abraziv (18) nu trebuie s fie
frnat pn se oprete complet. Pentru
a evita acest lucru, diminuai la timp
presiunea de aplicare.
11. Pentru a deplasa lanul, oprii dispozitivul.
Slbii prghia de ntindere (13) i,
cu ajutorul opritorului reglat (15) i al
prghiei de ntindere, fixai urmtorul
element de lan ce urmeaz a fi ascuit
n ina de ghidare a lanului (7).

Mentenan / Curire

Ascuii mai nti dinii de pe o parte a lanului. Apoi reglai unghiul

de ascuire i ascuiti dinii de pe
cealalt parte a lanului.
Verificai intervalul limitatorului de
adncime (vezi
imaginea ):
Elementele tietoare ale lanului sunt
pinionii de achiere, care const dintr-un
dinte de achiere (27) i o cam de limitare a adncimii (28). Intervalul de nlime

Curire
Evitai utilizarea de detergeni sau
solveni. Exist riscul ca substanele
chimice s atace componentele
plastice ale dispozitivului. Nu curai
niciodat aparatul sub jet de ap.

Curii temeinic aparatul dup fiecare

utilizare.
Curai orificiile de aerisire ( 21) i
suprafaele dispozitivului cu ajutorul unei
perii moi, al unei pensule sau lavete.

Indicii referitoare la nlocuire:
Nu folosii niciodat dispozitivul
fr ecranul de protecie a ochilor ( 20).
Asigurai-v c viteza nscris pe
discul abraziv ( 18) este egal
sau superioar vitezei efective
a dispozitivului. Asigurai-v c
dimensiunea discului este adecvat dispozitivului.
Folosii doar discuri abrazive n
stare bun (prob de sunet).
Ulterior, nu trebuie s perforai
un orificiu de preluare prea mic
n discul abraziv.
Nu folosii buce de reducere
sau adaptoare separate pentru
a adapta discurile abrazive cu
orificii mari.
Nu folosii lame de fierstru.
Dup nlocuirea discului abraziv,
montai complet dispozitivul.
Oprii dispozitivul i deconectai
cablul de reea.
Lsai aparatul s se rceasc.
1. Deurubai acoperitoarea discului abraziv (3).
2. Deurubai manual piulia discului abraziv (18b).
3. Retragei discul abraziv (18a) din
locaul aferent.
4. Amplasai noul disc rotativ n

Pentru a evita ruperea discului abraziv i a piuliei, piulia discului abraziv nu trebuie s fie prea strns
nurubat.
6. Mers de prob:
nainte de a pune pentru prima oar
aparatul n funciune i dup fiecare nlocuire a discului abraziv trebuie efectuat un mers de prob fr sarcin,
de minim 30 secunde. Oprii imediat
dispozitivul dac discul nu se rotete
corect, dac apar vibraii considerabile
sau dac auzii zgomote anormale.

Depozitare

Meninei aparatul ntr-un loc uscat i n

afara accesului copiilor.
Discurile abrazive trebuie s fie
depozitate ntr-un loc uscat n poziie vertical, i nu trebuie s fie
suprapuse.

Reciclare/Protecia mediului nconjurtor

Predai aparatul, accesoriile i ambalajul
ctre o unitate de reciclare ecologic.
Aparatele nu trebuie aruncate n
deeurile casnice.
Predai aparatul ctre o unitate de reciclare. Componentele plastice i metalice folosite pot fi colectate separat, contribuind
la eficientizarea procesului de reciclare.

Reciclarea aparatelor stricate predate de
Dvs. se face n mod gratuit.

Garanie

Acest aparat ofer o garanie de 36

luni. Pentru uzul n scopuri industriale
i al unor aparate de schimb, garania
este de 12 luni, conform prevederilor
legale valabile.
n cazul unui drept de garanie calificat, v rugm s contactai telefonic
centrul nostru de service (pentru nr.
tel., nr. fax, adres e-mail, vezi pag.
77). Acolo vei primi informaii suplimentare referitoare la procesarea
reclamaiei Dvs.
Daunele cauzate de supra-solicitarea
sau operarea necorespunztoare a
aparatului sunt excluse de la garanie.
Piesele de schimb, cum sunt filtrele
sau accesorrile, sunt excluse de la garanie, fiind supuse unui proces natural
de uzur. Sunt acoperite de dreptul la
garanie mai ales urmtoarele componente: discul abraziv, periile de crbuni, opritorul, ecranul pentru protecie
ochilor.
Condiia preliminar pentru garantarea
drepturilor la garanie este respectarea
instruciunilor referitoare la curire i
mentenan.
Daunele generate de erori de materiale sau de fabricaie sunt eliminate
gratuit, fie prin nlocuirea cu un aparat
nou, fie prin reparare.
Condiia preliminar este ca aparatul
s fie returnat n perfect stare, mpreun cu documentele de achiziie i garanie, ctre centrul nostru de service.
Lucrrile de reparaii neincluse n
garanie pot fi executate, contra-cost,
de centrul nostru de service. n acest
scop, vom fi ncntai s v transmitem
o ofert de pre.. Putem prelucra doar
aparate care au fost predate suficient

de bine ambalate/care poart nsemnele potei.

Atenie: V rugm s curai aparatul
nainte de a-l transmite i s ataai o
not referitor la defectul aprut.
Aparatele transmise prin servicii cu
plata la destinatar - prin Sperrgut,
Express sau ali furnizori speciali nu sunt acceptate.

Apare necesitatea lurii unor msuri de

bazate pe o estimare a gradului de expunere din timpul utilizrii efective a utilajului

procesului de operare, cum ar fi timpii n
care utilajul electric a fost deconectat, i

Schlieen Sie das Gert nur an eine

Steckdose mit Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung (FI-Schalter) mit einem Bemessungsfehlerstrom von nicht mehr als
30 mA an.
Halten Sie Netzkabel und Verlngerungskabel von der Schleifscheibe und
der Sgekette fern. Ziehen Sie bei Beschdigung oder Durchschneiden sofort

den Stecker aus der Steckdose.

Berhren Sie die Leitung nicht, bevor

Funktionsbeschreibung
Das Gert wird vor der Erstinbetriebnahme fest auf einer Arbeitsflche montiert.
Es besitzt als Antrieb einen Elektromotor
mit Thermoschutz und Wiederanlaufschutz fr zustzliche Sicherheit.
Der Schrfwinkel ist bequem von -30 bis
+30 einstellbar. Die Kettenfhrungsschiene besitzt einen variabel verstellbaren
Anschlag. Das Schrfen erfolgt durch
Schwenken des Schleifkopfes. Zum
Schutz des Anwenders ist das Gert mit
einer Sichtschutzscheibe versehen.
Die Funktion der Bedienteile entnehmen
Sie bitte den nachfolgenden Beschreibungen.

Verwendungszweck
Das Kettenschrfgert ist zum Schrfen
der gngigen Sgekettentypen geeignet.
Fr alle anderen Anwendungsarten (z.B.
Schleifen mit einer Khlflssigkeit, Schleifen anderer Werkstcke oder gesundheitsgefhrdender Materialien wie Asbest)
ist das Gert nicht vorgesehen.
Das Gert ist fr den Einsatz im Heimwerkerbereich bestimmt. Es wurde nicht
fr den gewerblichen Dauereinsatz konzipiert.
Das Gert ist zum Gebrauch durch Erwachsene bestimmt. Jugendliche ber 16
Jahre drfen das Gert nur unter Aufsicht
benutzen. Der Hersteller haftet nicht fr
Schden, die durch bestimmungswidrigen
Gebrauch oder falsche Bedienung
verursacht wurden.

dem Typenschild am Gert bereinstimmt.
Schlieen Sie das Gert an die
Netzspannung an.

Die Schleifscheibe luft nach,
nachdem das Gert abgeschaltet wurde. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

Thermoschutz mit Wiederanlaufschutz:

Nach einer automatischen Abschaltung
durch berlastung luft das Gert nicht
selbstttig wieder an.
Zum erneuten Einschalten drcken Sie
den Ein-/Ausschalter (Stellung I), das
Gert luft an (siehe
1).
Probelauf:
Fhren Sie vor dem ersten Arbeiten und
nach jedem Schleifscheibenwechsel einen Probelauf von mindestens 30 Sekunden ohne Belastung durch. Schalten Sie
das Gert sofort aus, wenn die Scheibe
unrund luft, betrchtliche Schwingungen
auftreten oder abnorme Gerusche zu
hren sind.

Sgekette schrfen
Sorgen Sie beim Arbeiten unter
staubigen Bedingungen fr freie
Lftungsffnungen (siehe Wartung und Reinigung).
Eine falsch geschrfte Sgekette
kann zu einer Beschdigung
fhren und die Rckschlaggefahr der Sge erhhen!
Achten Sie auf eine genaue Justage der Kette.

Beachten Sie die richtigen

Schrfwinkel und Mindestmae
der Sgekette. Entfernen Sie so
wenig Material wie mglich.
Schleifen Sie nicht
in Treibglieder (a)
oder Verbindungsglieder (b), die Sgekette kann sonst reien.
Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht Unfallgefahr beim Umgang mit der
Kettensge.
Hinweise zum Schrfen

Reinigen Sie die Sgekette vor dem

Schrfen. Beseitigen Sie lhaltige
Holzreste bzw. lrckstnde mit einem
Pinsel oder Putzlappen.
Nach dem Schrfen mssen alle
Schneidglieder gleich lang und breit
sein.
Die Kette ist abgenutzt und muss
gegen eine neue Sgekette ersetzt
werden, wenn nur noch ca. 4 mm des
Schneidezahns brig ist.

Sgekette einlegen:
1. Zum ffen der Kettenfhrungsschiene
drehen Sie den Spannhebel (13) gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn. Dazu mssen Sie
den Spannhebel mehrmals in die Ausgangsposition zurckfhren.
Zur Entriegelung des Spannhebels ziehen Sie den Spannhebel nach auen
und lassen ihn nach Zurckfhren in
die Ausgangsstellung wieder einrasten.
2. Legen Sie die Sgekette in die Kettenfhrungsschiene (7) ein. Die Schneidkanten mssen zur Schleifscheibe (18)
zeigen.
3. Klappen Sie den Anschlag (15) nach
unten und ziehen Sie die Sgekette so-

weit nach hinten, bis der zu schrfende

Schneidezahn (27) am Anschlag anliegt
(siehe Bild ).
Schrfwinkel einstellen:
4. Lockern Sie die Feststellschraube (10) und
stellen Sie am Drehteller
der Kettenspanneinheit
(12) den erforderlichen
Schrfwinkel anhand der Skala (11)
ein.
Ziehen Sie die Feststellschraube wieder an.
Anschlag justieren:
5. Bewegen Sie den Schleifkopf (2) am
Handgriff (4) bei ausgeschaltetem Motor abwrts.
6. Fhren Sie mit Hilfe der Stellschraube fr den Kettenvorschub (14a) den
Schneidezahn (27) an die Schleifscheibe (18) heran, bis der Schneidezahn
an der Schleifscheibe anliegt (siehe
Bild ). Sichern Sie die Stellschraube
(14a) mit der Stellmutter (14b).
7. Fixieren Sie die Kettenglieder in der
Kettenfhrungsschiene (7) durch Drehen des Spannhebels (13) im Uhrzeigersinn (siehe 1.).
8. Stellen Sie den Tiefenanschlag mit Hilfe
der Stellschraube (6a) so ein, dass die
Schleifscheibe (18) den Zahngrund
berhrt (siehe Bild ). Sichern Sie die
Schleiftiefe mit der Stellmutter (6b).
Schrfen:
9. Schalten Sie das Gert ein (siehe Einund Ausschalten).
10. Durch sanften Druck auf den Handgriff
(4) bewegen Sie den Schleifkopf (2)
abwrts und schrfen Sie den Schneidezahn (27).

Die Schleifscheibe (18) darf nicht bis
zum Stillstand abgebremst werden.
Zur Vermeidung verringern Sie rechtzeitig den Anpressdruck.
11. Zum Weitertransport der Sgekette
schalten Sie das Gert aus.
Lsen Sie den Spannhebel (13) und
fixieren Sie das nchste zu schrfende
Kettenglied mit Hilfe des justierten Anschlags (15) und des Spannhebels in
der Kettenfhrungsschiene (7).
Schrfen Sie zuerst die Zhne
einer Kettenseite. Verstellen Sie
dann den Schrfwinkel und schrfen Sie die Zhne der anderen
Seite.
Tiefenbegrenzer-Abstand prfen
(siehe
Bild ):
Die sgenden Teile der Kette sind die
Schneidglieder, die aus einem Schneidezahn (27) und einer Tiefenbegrenzernase (28) bestehen. Der Hhenabstand
zwischen diesen beiden bestimmt den
Tiefenbegrenzer-Abstand A.

Prfen Sie nach jedem dritten Schrfen den Tiefenbegrenzer-Abstand A

gem den Angaben des Sgeketten-Herstellers.
Feilen Sie die Hhe der Tiefenbegrenzernase (28) mit einer Flachfeile
nach und runden Sie nach dem Zurcksetzen die Tiefenbegrenzernase
etwas ab. Die ursprngliche Form
muss erhalten bleiben.

Wartung und Reinigung

Ziehen Sie vor jeglicher Einstellung, Instandhaltung oder Instandsetzung den Netzstecker.
Lassen Sie Arbeiten, die nicht
in dieser Anleitung beschrieben
sind, von einer Fachwerkstatt
durchfhren. Verwenden Sie
nur Originalteile. Lassen Sie das
Gert vor allen Wartungs- und
Reinigungsarbeiten abkhlen. Es
besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!
Kontrollieren Sie das Gert vor jedem
Gebrauch auf offensichtliche Mngel
wie lose, abgenutzte oder beschdigte
Teile, korrekten Sitz von Schrauben oder
anderer Teile. Prfen Sie insbesondere
die Schleifscheibe ( 18). Tauschen Sie
beschdigte Teile aus.

Reinigung
Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsbzw. Lsungsmittel. Chemische
Substanzen knnen die Kunststoffteile des Gertes angreifen. Reinigen Sie das Gert niemals unter
flieendem Wasser.

Reinigen Sie das Gert nach jedem Gebrauch grndlich.

Reinigen Sie die Lftungsffnungen
( 21) und die Oberflche des Gertes mit einer weichen Brste, einem
Pinsel oder einem Tuch.

Schleifscheibe wechseln
Hinweise zum Wechseln:
Betreiben Sie das Gert niemals
ohne Sichtschutzscheibe ( 20).
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
auf der Schleifscheibe ( 18)
angegebene Drehzahl gleich
oder grer als die BemessungsLeerlaufdrehzahl des Gertes
ist. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass
die Mae der Scheibe zum Gert
passen.
Benutzen Sie nur einwandfreie
Schleifscheiben (Klangprobe).
Bohren Sie eine zu kleine Aufnahmebohrung der Schleifscheibe nicht nachtrglich auf.
Verwenden Sie keine getrennten
Reduzierbuchsen oder Adapter,
um Schleifscheiben mit groem
Loch passend zu machen.
Verwenden Sie keine Sgebltter.
Montieren Sie das Gert nach
dem Schleifscheibenwechsel
wieder vollstndig.
Schalten Sie das Gert aus und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Lassen Sie das Gert abkhlen.
1. Schrauben Sie die Schleifscheiben-Abdeckung (3) ab.
2. Schrauben Sie die Schleifscheiben-Mutter (18b) von Hand ab.
3. Nehmen Sie die Schleifscheibe
(18a) von der Aufnahme ab.
4. Setzen Sie die neue Schleifscheibe auf die Aufnahme auf
und schrauben Sie von Hand die
Schleifscheiben-Mutter auf.
5. Schrauben Sie die Schleifscheiben-Abdeckung (3) wieder an.
