Sort it Out- Flatmate debates

Rents have really gone up in Rosny recently and so you have decided that the only solution is to share a flat together to cut down on costs. However things do not always run smoothly and you have decided to call a flatmates meeting to discuss the following problems and find a solution:

The mice in the kitchen (that keep eating the chocolate biscuits) The electricity bill is too high The dirty kitchen- one person is not doing their washing-up regularly enough The state of the garden- you live on the ground floor and have a small garden and no lawn mower Bathroom rota- there is always a queue at the same time in the morning Noise at night from Pierre doing late night DIY Danielle runs up huge phone bills calling her daughter in Australia and doesnt pay her share Jean-Louis makes lots of dust and dirt in the kitchen from his wood working activities and leaves lots of paints and drawing equipment lying around Barbara gets up too early on Saturdays to go to work and makes too much noise when the others are having a lie-in Somebody keeps eating Solanges chocolate and not replacing it Nicole always parks her sports car in front of the house and takes up 2 parking spaces so there is no room for the others
