Install the program Put auralia.4.0.1.10-patch.

exe in the folder you installed Auralia to, probably C:\Program Files\Rising Software\Auralia4Demo Run auralia.4.0.1.10-patch.exe. If you are on Vista or 7 run as an administrator. Press the patch button and you should be ready to use the program. Please note that for now the only thing the crack does is unlock the features wi thin the demo version. The application will still say it is a demo but you can do eve rything you should be able to do with a normal version.
