Materials Project One customer wants to make a new drill bit for oil well drilling.

He comes to you and asks for your suggestion on what material or materials should be used and what manufacturing process is required. Please use your knowledge learned in class, search the literatures in the internet, to write him a one page proposal on the material and manufacturing process you suggested. In the proposal you should at least include: 1. Material/s suggested; 2. Manufacturing process you suggested; 3. Reasons for selecting the materials; 4. Why the manufacturing process necessary. The project is due March 31st, or the first class after the spring break. The project is part of the in-class activity, it count 4 points (i.e. 4% towards overall score).
