One goal that I have for student teaching is to develop the ability to build a more confident attitude and demeanor in the classroom. 2. Another goal that I have for myself during student teaching is to become more organized and structured when planning my lessons. Action Plan: I plan to achieve these goals through personal reflection and professional development as well as taking advice from my cooperating teaching and from my university supervisor. I look forward to receiving constructive criticism to help me grow as an individual and as a future teacher.
