ITCC REPRESENTATIVE REPORT PREPARATION PHS HOST FACULTY

All electronic documents associated with Basic Print Reading course were provided to PHS. PHS adopted Ivy Techs textbook, exams, quizzes, and course content.
DISCUSSION

PHS Syllabus must list any prerequisites required for the course. PHS prerequisites must be equivalent to ITCC MATH 015 prerequisite.

CONCLUSION

A follow-up visit to PHS, Industrial Arts will need to be arranged once a new instructor is hired and his/her credentials are verified. If the new instructor has the appropriate Indiana state -licensing the course can then be validated for one year. Accuplacer scores for MATH 015 placement must be added to the Syllabus and verification sheet.
