Dear parent(s)/ guardian(s), I would like to take the time to cordially introduce myself as I will be working closely with Ms. Dina and with your children until the end of December. I am embarking on my third field experience as a student teacher. My name is Sarah Battista, and I am a third year student at McGill University in the Kindergarten and Elementary program. I was fortunate enough to have done my second field experience last spring at HonorMercier Elementary School with Ms. Dina and to have had the opportunity to return for the new school year. I will be taking part in the students daily activities and will be preparing and implementing lessons. I am looking forward to helping and watching your children grow and learn. I am very patient and do my best to respond to the needs of all students. I believe that every child is capable of success, and I am always there to encourage students. I look forward to being a part of the classroom and to getting to know and work with each and every student.
