Answer for the following questions: Why a risk management plan was considered unnecessary?

During the contract award Altex Corp. were elated and been awarded R&D phase of the advance Tactical Missile program at that time they need not re uired ris! management plan to be developed.

Would Alte have been more interested in developing a risk management plan if the pro!ect were funded entirely from within? %ith out the proactive thin!ers they want to end up the ris! management or contingency plans.
