I, NATRA BINTI MICHAEL (NRIC: 850712-12-5452) of full age and of Malaysian Nationality
residing at No. 77, Kg. Contoh 88991 Petagas Sabah, Malaysia do make oath and say as follows :1.

I am a clerk working with Messrs. Tan Chong & Associates, Advocates for the above
named Plaintiff and I am duly authorized and agreed by the Plaintiff to make this
Affidavit on behalf of the Plaintiff.

Upon the instruction of my employer, I did on 23.04.2013, serve a sealed copy of the Writ
of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 22.04.2013 on the Defendants solicitors,
Messrs Ken Yong & Co. by way of courier service to the Defendants solicitors registered
addresss at Block B3, Lot 3, 1 st Floor, Bandar Labuk Jaya, Mile 7, 90000, Sandakan
Sabah, Malaysia.

The Defendants solicitors acknowledge receipt of the Writ of Summons and Statement of
Claim dated 22.04.2013 by acknowledging on our letter dated 23.04.2013 and through
ABX acknowledgment slip bearing airway bill no. 9005370360.

A copy of our letter dated 23.04.2013 and ABX Expresss airway bill no. 9005370360
together with the acknowledgment are annexed hereto marked NBM-1 and NBM-2
respectively.
