SOP FOR LOGGING RETAILER COMPLAINTS Step 1:

Agent will open CA from favorites, and will enter his/her NT login and Password.

Step 2: After completing the first step agent will click on file and choose/click New Issue

Step-3 Agent have to enter last name, first name, Step-4 is an essential part if agent will not select any category SMS will not route to the Retailer Number so category should be selected, Step 5: Agent can assign ticket to specific group in this step, Step 6: Enter retailer Number on which SMS will be route. Step-7: MSISDN is a Customer # / Effected # for which complaint is getting logged.

Step-8: Agent can write name of Retailer for his reference. Step-9: detailed description of issue will be provided in this step. Step-10: Agent will attach the error email in this step for the reference.
