Nylon A Silicone Emulsion

Description
Texture-Altering Nylon A is a special silicone emulsion manufactured by emulsion polymerization process which will generate a long chain polymer together with micro particles in one emulsion system .This will impart elastic property especially on cottons or its blends, and also on synthetic fabrics with a unique softening, elastic and smooth effect.

Processing
Must be used with Texture-Altering Nylon B Texture-Altering Nylon A Texture-Altering Nylon B TOTAL(33%) 90KG 10KG 100KG

Characteristics
Imparts hydrophobic property to the textiles and fibers with a pleasing full and smooth handle. Has wrinkle resistance effect on the fabrics. For the cottons and its blends, it shows excellent softening and smoothness hand feel, Also, on knitting fabrics, has elastic and stretch back effect. Good surface abrasion and washing resistance. Compatible with most other silicone emulsions if blending is desired. Can be applied with other resins to strengthen its total effect.

Usage is 0.5~3%, press under 160~180 , use within 24 hours after mixing

Storage
When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5 C and + 40 C, Nylon A may be stored for up to 16 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, TAI COUNTY no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
