Carlos Andrade Y1 1. What advantages arise from the statement? 2.

Does this advantage favor just one section of society? 3. Could anyone not feel the advantages? 4. What could be done to make the advantages felt by everyone?

1. People are more connected and can share information or conduct business 24/7.# This is better as people can now state connected with familiars or riends ata a long ditance and keep up with each other completely free of coste. Furthermore companies can expand faster and internationaly with little or no effort. This mainly affects the whole of society as it allows us to mantain connected and grow economically and therefore grow in knowledge. Howver telephone operators and shift workers or non computer owning people might not like this aspect of commnication and 24-7. For these people to start to feel advantages governments or companies could make a more affordable computer or create free computer operating lessons to allow them to grow inside this type of society. 2. Increase productivity can lead to economic growth. this can affect us in a positive way as new technology allows us to produce more products in a short amount of time. This therefore means that companies can exppand and eran more profit and be capable of producing large quantaties . Furthermore this not only affects the executives positively iy also helps the consumers as the prices decrease due to the abundance and competition between each brand in a particular product. However production chain workers are affected

negatively as this increased speed production normally require machines that replace these workers. To counter this companies have to balance human labour and machine labour by adding more hand made products of higher quality to the market. 5. Monitoring by close circut television (CCTV) can lead to reductions in crime. It can also enable face recognition in large crowds. The advanteges of this is that crime rates decrease as now anybody that may be seen as suspicious or criminal in the sustem is recognised. Most of the population except criminals see the benefitof this system as it means we can finally live in a safe world. However the problem with this system can get extreme with the government meddling in non criminal lives and therefore control their systems in every wy possible. To counter this we have to control the developemnt and expansion of this system
