Position Descriptions
Check In/Cashiers o Check in each team as they arrive o Take money from teams paying that day Handing Out T-Shirts o You will hand out t-shirts Photographer o Take picture of teams in front of banner before they start playing. o Take action shots and other pictures as the day progresses. Banner Signing Committee o Each team will be able to sign their names on the banner. o Youll be in charge of markers for them to use and keep up with said markers Referees o Make calls determining whether people were hit, or caught etc. Team Escorts o Help let the teams know when its their turn to play and what court they play on. o Take them to said court at the appropriate time. o Also between taking teams up to play, socialize with the other teams, making sure theyre enjoying themselves. Bracket Manager

o Youll be in charge of the bracket as the tournament progresses. Bracket Helpers o Help bracket manager with anything he might need.
