Dear Dr. Terry E. Johnson, My name is Raleigh Chauvin and I am interested in filling the position of a Dining Room Coordinator. This specific job position had been mentioned to me through a Business Administration class instructor. I am enthusiastic about this position and I think it would be a great fit because I currently have the skills to be successful as a dining room coordinator. In 2012, I was accepted to the Culinary Arts program at Green Mountain Technology and Career Center (GMTCC). Having the opportunity to be a participant in this course gave me the experience in the dining room and kitchen. After I completed Culinary Arts and received my participation award, then I was accepted to the Business Administration program at GMTCC.
