slavery 1850- Conductor of the UGRR 1851- Went to Canada to get her husband, but he had remarried and did not want to leave. 1857- Went to Auburn where a number of sympathetic Quakers and other abolitionists settled at 1861- Harriet Tubman joined the civil war in the Union army ascontraband 1869-Remarried Nelson Davis 1913-Died in March 10 and was buried in Fort Hill Cemetery
