Steps to tally up AEPSi Data

Part 1 Printing off Progress Reports 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) Log on to https://www.aepsi.com/aepsi/ and log in At the top click My Reports Down below click Child Reports Select the child Select the report (Child Progress Report) Click create report Click Test Periods (If more than one choose both) Right Click Print Do this for all of your AM IEP Students and then all of your PM IEP Students

Part 2 Tallying Data 1) 2) 3) 4) Print data analysis tally sheet (one for AM and one for PM) Take each students progress report (with the arrows) Look at each goal/objective Mark on the data sheet to the corresponding goal/objective and score For instance student on fine motor goal number one it was partially colored in. That would be a 1 so you would place one tally under the 1 column in the goal number 1 row.

5) Continue that process for the rest of your students. If you have 6 IEP students in the AM you should have six tally marks within each row. 2) Highlight in yellow the goals/objectives that have the majority or more of your students scoring a 0 3) Highlight in blue the goals/Objectives that have the majority or more of your students scoring a 1 4) Highlight in purple the goals/objectives that have the majority or more of your students scoring a 2 5) Leave the ones blank that do not have a majority. 6) Repeat the same process for PM.
