I created the following lesson plan using only one computer and a projector for my class of 30 students.

Lesson Materials: I will use the internet on my computer to find a grade-level reading passage or two that I can put into a Powerpoint presentation on my computer and use it to show the students each passage as we go along. Each passage will be projected onto a screen from my computer using a projector so the whole class can see it. Lesson: The main focus of the lesson will be to read each passage and then have the students will raise their hands and take turns coming up individually to tell me and then show me what the setting is, who the main characters are, what the main events or conflicts are, etc. They will be able to use the mouse to my computer to show their fellow students where in the passage their answer came from by either highlighting it or circling it (in editing mode). This will help them to become more comfortable with using technology and make it fun for each student to get to go up and use the computer like they are the teacher for the moment. The NETS-T Standard that we will be using is: Design and Develop Digital Age Learning Experiences and Assessments Design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity.
