01) A message from the developer: "After working for almost a year on Virtual Families, we were chomping at the bi t to go back to Isola and continue the story that has been developing there. Wel l, after another fairly long development cycle (for a family-run studio, at leas t), we are done! Virtual Villagers - The Tree of Life, for us, is a story of hop e and renewal. It may start out a little dark and dreary, but, if you guide your tribe with care and attention, it will not end that way. Thanks for the continued enthusiastic (frenzied?) support from the fans of this series. We hope that we can continue to bring some diversity and quality to the world of casual/independent games. More good news for friends of the franchise: we are already working on designs for the next (and a very critical) chapter in the Virtual Villagers series, and it is not planned to be such a long wait as pe ople have come to fear.
