It could help to improve his performance & get accolades such as promotions wich , in a way, boost his confidence. Mr. Kocher should also go with decision of her wife of leaving the job. This wil l improve the understanding in the couple & also help for better nurturing their child. Mr. Kocher is going through psycological as well as sociological problems. His prime concerns are his nonsatisfactory professional performance, obsolence in job, & work-life imbalance. Mr Kocher belongs to well-educated family & has always showed exceptional educat ional as well as professional performances. The underperformance could have been arised from obsolescence occured from worki ng in a same company, at a same postion for long period. His peers had left the company with & he is handling new sets of associates. Als o the company, being considered as place of growth, has been joined many top & bright graduates. He was failed to perform because of suc h competitive environment & adding to it, the work-life imbalance arised after the marriage. This under performance has resulted in cont inuing his designation without any promotion. Though the top position is not demanding in global market, his wife is inclined towards shifting to US.
