NOTIFICATION FOR INTIMATION OF ONLINE TEST OF VARIOUS POSTS ADVERTISED VIDE ADVT. NO.

01/2014 & 02/2014

-------Advertisements No. 01/2014 & 02/2014 were published in the month of January 2014 for filling in various posts in Technical & Nontechnical cadres. Accordingly, the On-Line (Written) Test for the said posts is scheduled on 12th, 13th & 14th March 2014. The posts wise schedule is as under:

Note:- Other details, such as Reporting Time, Venue, Center, Instructions, etc. are given on the on-line test call letters.
All the candidates who have successfully submitted their online applications have been called for on-line test without verifying their personal details viz. age, qualification etc. Hence, before appearing for the on-line test, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria stipulated in advertisement by the Company in all respects.

Candidates who have successfully submitted on-line application are requested to download their call letter and information handout from below given link and read it carefully before coming to examination. 4. Information handout contains general instructions, test structure and other instructions, etc. for the on-line (written) test. 5. In case of any difficulty in downloading the call letter, please write an e-mail to

callletter_helpdesk@mahatransco.in The said e-mail ID will remain active till 14.03.2014

(up to14.00 hours) Candidates are informed to bring hard copy/print out of call letter alongwith currently valid Photo identity proof (as mentioned below) in original and a photocopy of the same ID proof, which is essential. The call-letter alongwith photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together is required to handover to the invigilator before starting of online test.

The currently valid photo identity proof may be PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voters Card/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issue d by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead /Photo Identity proof issued by a Peoples Representative on official letterhead/Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID/Bar Council Identity card with photograph.

Considering insufficient response following changes have been made in respect of

centers: Bhandara Center has been cancelled totally for all 3 days i.e. 12th, 13th & 14th March 2014 and candidates opted Bhandara Center are shifted to Nagpur Center. Ratnagiri Center has been cancelled for 2 days i.e. for 12th & 13th March 2014 & candidates opted Ratnagiri Center are shifted to Kolhapur Center. However, scheduled online test dtd. 14 March 2014 for the post of Junior Engineer (Trans) shall be held at Ratnagiri Center only.

9. Some of candidates opted Kolhapur Center for online test for the post of Junior Engineer (Trans) scheduled on 14 March 2014 have been shifted to Sangli Center considering the capacity of the centers.
