MLK- Bobby Burton put together a collage of the event. Event was a great success. Core Team Meeting - Schedule Thursday. Delaware location will be visited for Certification. Minutes- Continue using Minutes Templates (Ken issued). Training Meeting- Need to make sure all staff is aware that its their responsibility to complete 2hours of training per month. Training meetings needs to be communicated to staff. We need to send out notice of mandatory meeting in a timely manner. Street Smart- Will be facilitated by Christina next week. Feb 5th-7th? 4 participants will be attending Gang awareness- Mandatory meeting. Team Reports- Last months report has been updated. Ohio Scale has been adjusted and all reports will be reprinted. Community Service hours- Hours should be accurate, and youth cannot be given extra hours without actual participation. If P.O wants to give extra hours toward community services, then they will the option to drop hours off the youths overall community service hours requirements. We cannot process any additional hours other than the actual hours being served at an event. We need to record all accurate hours to prevent audits and revenue issues. Scott Carson- There has not been any updates for the outcome reports. Scott Carson is currently working on the report. Second Chance Meeting- Meeting will be held today at 1:30pm. We have been approved for 2 vehicles for this program. Training will begin on Feb 17th 2014. We need continue to search for PLL Case Manager and Clinician. ERC staff is needed by Friday. We are awaiting potential cohorts (Referrals). Office Closure Policy- Our off will remain open regardless of the weather. If staff is not able to go to work they can use their PTO during inclined weather. (Staff discretion to travel to work during incline weather). IT Issues- Phones and the Internet have been down. Charles is currently working on both issues. Black History Month Event- February 3rd, 2014. All staff is welcomed to attend. The event will take place at Victory Church near the 13/ 40 split. The event will begin at 6:30pm and end 8:30pm. Mrs. Lay will be attending. CBS Training Training will be given to each staff on a weekly basis from their supervisor. ART- According to Mrs. Lay, Art has increased in referrals. Anger Control- Starts this Thursday in the evening.

Youth empowerment meeting- Feb 18th 2014, Mrs. Lay will be attending at a local community center.
