He will also calculate the shipping cost, the delivery time and the final price by adding variable level of margin. 3. There has to be a proper chain of communication. At the moment, any price or enquiries even relating to our regular product is addressed to Nishan Sir or Boss which isnt right. There has to be a progressive level of communication. Only if required, it should be escalated to Nishan Sir or Boss. 4. Based on the sales results in the near future, we should consider switching to an integrated ERP system which integrates all our departments Accounts, Inventory management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This ERP will be used throughout our offices in U.A.E, Qatar, Oman and India. 5. Consistent training has to be provided to the sales team soft skill training on language, etiquettes should also be considered.
