Oswego County Health Department, Oswego NY 9/2002 - present Licensed Practical Nurse Delivers patient care in the home setting including wound and wound vac care, venipuncture, foley catheter and ostomy care. Performs office duties including new client intake, referrals, insurance verification and authorization, staff scheduling. Advanced training in wound vac therapy and UAS assessment. North Medical Family Physicians, Liverpool NY 8/1992 - 8/2002 Licensed Practical Nurse Delivered patient care in an office setting. Duties included patient intake, obtaining and recording patient history, vital signs, venipuncture, ekg and stress testing, pulmonary function testing, vision testing and audiometry.
