Anger has been often compared to as a volcano.

Thought, feelings and resentments build up inside of us like the magma inside a dormant volcano. But when we erupt, we cause destruction to those around us. This assignment is to help summarize what you have learned about how you get angry, what unmet needs, repressed feelings and triggers lead to your anger and what strategies could you use to calm yourself down.
