To Whom It May Concern, I have had the pleasure of employing Ivy Schihl for three years as a part-time nanny.

She initially cared for my three children, ages 4, 3, and 5 months. I have since had another baby and she has been caring for all four. Ivy has been responsible for caring for four very active children, getting them to and from school and swim classes, meal preparation, and keeping the house in order. She plays with them outside, takes them for walks, reads to them, and helps them with homework. I feel confident that, while I am gone, she is keeping them busy and engaged and not letting them sit in front of a screen. My six-year-old son is very active and emotional and she handles him in a calm and empathic manner. Ivy has been very responsible and mature beyond her years. She is always punctual and reliable. Ivy is an intelligent, capable, dedicated, and sensible young woman. She is always willing to do whatever is needed and thinks on her feet.
